The fact that Eileen returned my call immediately is what she always does. I am so happy with the creams she recommends because they work perfectly with my skin type and concerns. Shipping was longer than expected
Shipping was longer than expected. This cream is different from what I have been using. I did not care for it. I will make sure to order from my usual source so I can correct or return it.

I had a great experience with customer service
The woman that helped me out was beyond courteous and nice. And I appreciate that in today society we don't come across that kind of attitude. Everyday. She told me that she was going to send me info so that the next time I order I can just call them directly in order which I really really liked and she said they have special freebies. And who doesn't like a freebie.

its all about customer service...
I placed an order and there was an offer of 2 free products that i thought were included, but they dropped off the order, so i called and the CS person was like oh well too bad we cant add it. no offer of any help whatsoever. sigh. Sometimes its the little things that put your company over the rest. She was very unhelpful.

Their customer service reached out to me and offered me a discount off my next purchase, which i thought was nice. I have edited the stars on my review to reflect their concern and intention to make it better.

cancelled order
for whatever reason I am not able to place an order, it keeps getting cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. I'm not sure why this is happening but I have never experienced something like this in my life and I'm not doing anything different..

The skin care products when used have significantly improved my skin …I have been a loyal customer for years ….sometimes I stray bit I always go back to the
perricone products because they work … brought my first products years ago and also Dr . Perricone books 20+ years ago . .. Keep up the research for us boomers !
