Very excellent service .

Delivered next day Rat problem seems to be calming down

Easy to look at options online. Ordered grain bait B and found one bait box they nibbled, but the other they weren't interested, so presume the rat has an alternative source of food in neighbouring gardens. So, I mixed it with cheap peanut butter. Week later dead rat in laurel and another clearly on it's way out. Result. Better to buy direct, as bought once from alternative well known supplier and found very short shelf life. Price is good and arrives within days.

The products do work and I will continue to use them

My order for 300 grams (15 Blocks) of Pest Expert Formula 'B' Rat Poison Bait Blocks arrived via DPD the following day and we already have positive signs of the bait being gnawed and no further views, so we are hoping the issues are resolved!

it worked, i had two mice that were afraid to go near any of my traps - like they knew what they were. so i bought the poison and they ate it. i haven't seen them in days so i know it's worked. hopefully will never have to order again but if i do i choose pest expert, they were great. thank you

Great product thanks

All OK until delivery - DPD failed to deliver on the day they had advised. DPD eventually delivered a day late, however, the cardboard box from Pest Expert had obviously burst open during transit, and had been repaired with sellotape carrying the DPD logo. So, the poorly-wrapped cardboard box had split open and DPD had tried to fix it, hence the delivery delay. I informed Pest Expert of the delay and heard nothing back from them. Fortunately the contents of the damaged parcel were complete.

Another success with the Formula 'B ' Paste Bait Sachets. 45 Sachets placed into 4 outdoor Bait Boxes, 3 days later all sachets had been taken from boxes, no trace of any of the sachets, no sign of any Rats either. None of the replacement Formula B Paste Bait Sachets have been taken or touched. But Bait Boxes are refilled in the event of further intrusion into garden.

Did what it was supposed to do, unlike another brand I had been buying but without success

The glue traps started working imediately, they were here within 48 hours and were easy to order.

Wasp infestation. Called at lunch time. Came 2 hours later. Wasps gone by 5pm. Excellent service, friendly team and got the job done at a fair and reasonable price. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
