Hired a blue Boscobel tuxedo from Peter Posh, could not have been happier with the professional service from caring staff, the suit was very comfortable to wear with many people saying how good it looked.

The choice of suits was great and the suits I hired was of good quality.
The customer service was great, the shop assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Peter Posh for anyone looking to hire

Peter Posh Shrewsbury, we had a group of 13 needing suits for a wedding, they accommodated us really well when we went for our fittings and the customer service was spot on, no complaints at all.

I visited Peter Posh, Over Tabley, with my future son-in-law and his best man.
I have nothing but praise for the service given and, in particular, the assistance received from "Grace".
Grace placed me at ease and nothing was too much trouble to ask. Grace made very helpful suggestions for us all and great recommendations regarding style, fitting and colour combinations. Thank you again.

Visited Warwick branch for my sons prom suit, had no problems with the suit fitted well and was able to try different sizes. My only niggle was I thought the staff could of been more welcoming on arrival. We were left standing in the entrance and nobody had welcomed us. It was the same on return,we were just left standing in the entrance and we had to get somebody's attention. I understand they are busy but just a little welcome would of been nice.

Had damage shoe manager very happy to replace them and sort me out with new pair no fuss made.

Got the correct items that were required red jackets other items i needed for Jan 2024 over all amazing and outstanding.

I hired suits for my wedding from Peter Posh Shrewsbury. After ordering the suits and collecting, I then checked them over after arriving home (having felt very rushed when I was quickly shown the suits in the store). Upon these checks I discovered that one of the suits had a rip in the trousers and the jacket was also the incorrect size. The grooms suit shirt had dirty cuffs and neckline and my son’s suit jacket had food on it. I appreciate that errors can be made and I was more than understanding about this initially. However after returning and then collecting the replacement items, the jacket replacement for my son was in worse condition than the previous one was. There was another food stain on the front, and rips to the arm of the jacket.
I had to attempt to clean the original jacket myself so that it was remotely wearable for the wedding, due to us leaving for the wedding venue early the following day and having no more time to go back and forth to the store.
One of the groomsmen also checked his suit to find that there was a large rip down one of the outer legs.
Upon getting ready on the wedding morning the men also realised that the suit pockets were all sewn shut, making it almost impossible to wear their pocket squares.
I understand that these are hire suits, and am in no way expecting them to be brand new, however I don’t expect to find dirt and food remanence on them, as that indicates a complete lack of cleanliness. I am unsure who is checking the items before they are handed over but clearly it is not being done well, if at all!
I am very disappointed with the service I have received, and feel that I have paid for a service that has not been delivered.
After this terrible service, and many emails back and forth, the most they could do is offer a £100 “good will gesture” which after spending £1300 on suit hire where over half the suits weren’t in acceptable condition, was very disappointing. Especially as I had also had to pay £180 per suit for early collection! So the £100 offer to compensate was in my opinion no where near enough for all the errors and stress caused.
I would absolutely NOT recommend. Avoid at all costs!

After a visit to the wedding fair at the NEC and receiving fantastic customer service there. I booked an appointment to choose my wedding suit, the staff at the branch were friendly helpful and listened to what my fiancée and I told them. We choose the perfect suit for our big day and I can’t recommend this store enough. They are a credit to the industry and genuinely nice people who put customer service to the forefront. Shrewsbury Store. Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating. Due to some issues on our self measuring we had to change a couple of things, this was done speedily and efficiently. Our 7 morning suits arrived earlier than planned giving us extra time to try them. We would recommend Peter Posh. Special thanks to Becky who went out of her way to help.

Superb service from the Knutsford branch..

We chose out suits a year before the wedding - with 5 months to go we had a change of heart and the team were happy to help us find the perfect fit for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble. Our suits were more than we could've wished for. Each groomsman looked so sharp and was so comfortable. Perfect suits from a perfect store.

Only downfall is the company expect the suits back the day later. Obviously this can be quite tricky when you aren't from the area and the venue is over an hour away and you are enjoying your first day as a married couple. Last thing you want to do is run up the motorway. Luke we had guests stay over who lived 20 mins away from Knutsford and were happy to take them back for us.

Great experience at Peter Posh Birmingham from start to finish! The fitting process for the boys was seamless and they made everyone feel comfortable! My now husband, our dads and groomsman all looked incredible on our day and everything was perfect. The suits were amazing quality and we’d fully recommend!

Peter Posh in Birmingham, outstanding service throughout, I walked in the store and was greeted well and customer service was 2nd to none , got kitted out with a great suit with shirt and cufflinks for my wedding 28th July, I purchased the shoes , tie and handkerchief, had a 2nd fitting booked and picked up outfit all ready to go day before the wedding , if you need a suit hire, come here , amazing service, highly recommended

I had my suit the day before the wedding cuff links broken trousers 3 sizes too big and jacket marked with make up . I had to go and buy trousers from next on the way to the wedding not ideal , I thought I would call and tell them what had happened the after the wedding omg the lady on the phone was one stuck up cow no apology or anything she basically said it was the grooms fault for not picking the suits up earlier although he picked them up as soon as they said he could ! The most unprofessional and cheep material suits I’ve ever worn AVOID

Excellent service throughout, particularly from George in the Wolverhampton shop. Highly recommend, tailored suit was spot on and positive experience from start to finish.

The manager is rude as hell and the most recent review is from the manager herself saying that the customers are issue.
I have reported your review Kat as employees are NOT allowed to leave reviews, and everyone should know how it’s horrible the customer services at Peter Posh and should avoid it.
I am still yet to receive an email from my complaint made a month ago

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we were at the right place.
They have an amazing range of suits and Craig quickly helped us find the exact suit we had in mind.
Their suits are seriously great quality and very reasonably priced.
Graig was on point throughout appointment and gave us 100% of his attention. His advice and knowledge was very helpful.

I paid a deposit of £120 and my son went and tried on a suit, no measurements, no individual order. 6 months before the wedding it was called off due to a family bereavement. I called to ask politely if the deposit could be refunded and was told by Liam the manager that I couldn’t. I asked him to consider and he said no, we don’t refund. No empathy, no consideration. Must be quite desperate for money if no empathy was shown

Abysmal . I Hired a suit for a family funeral. They measured me. When I went in to try it on I noticed the Shirt was tight and I could barely do the jacket up. The trousers were loose and had no belt loops .
They weren’t really interested in putting it right. When I sat in my car to drive to the funeral most of the shirt buttons popped, I had to hold my belly in and do the jacket up which was too tight.
At the funeral , I had to walk with the coffin above my shoulder and could feel the trousers slipping down as I stretched. This caused me to walk in an unnatural , uncomfortable way which was very undignified for such a solemn event,
When I returned the suit to the shop an assistant asked me if everything was ok but looked very inconvenienced and uninterested when I said it wasn’t.
The people in the shop are not trained in fitting and have no skills or ability in adapting or adjusting clothes to fit the individual hirer. I have been to hire shops where the staff have a personal touch and can fit and adapt a suit to individual requirements; not Peter Posh though.Also, for such a bad service they charge far too much
