I went to submit a claim and found out I was cancelled two years ago because my card exp. date came up. I received no notice. They said something was sent but I never received it.

Annoyed by the Underwriter policy
I'm trying to get insurance to be a better pet parent and start taking them to get their check ups.... Kinda defeats the purpose if I have to take them both for checkups out of pocket to qualify first 😮💨

Inconsistent Naming
It was pretty easy. I wish there was more details and that the plan names on the quote matched the plan names in the Forms. I don't know which material pertains to which plan and can only guess.

Excellent, they have a super good treatment with customers, I told them that I spoke Spanish and they spoke to me in Spanish and explained everything to me super well, I researched online to make insurance for my two guinea pigs and I found out that Nationwide were one of the best 😍
