I am an old male, novice rider.
There was a nice guy in the shop who gave me lots of time and alternatives for leather riding boots.
Leather boots aren't cheap and I wanted to get them right. They were to replace old "welly style" boots. Lots of stock.

I am an international customer and shipping and custom is absolutely too expensive and you should do something about it! I will never purchase anything more from you again if you don’t adjust these costs!

Had to chase the delivery, felt the the customer service guy I spoke to wasn’t very helpful. After waiting for 10 days I got a parcel which was for a different person with a different order. I then contacted customer services and a very nice young lady helped me by sending out my order with next day delivery. She also sent me a returns label so I could send back the wrong order I had received. I got my order as promised the next day. The only thing I haven’t received is a thank for returning the wrong item which I believe should have been forth coming as the error was Philip Morris’s.
