Absolutely incredible experience with PhoneBar. Sent off my Samsung S22+ that had a broken screen on Friday 13th Feb and it was with them next day, it was in the post on Tuesday by special delivery pre 1pm but in typical Royal Mail fashion I didn't have the phone back until today and the screen is all fixed but they've fixed my charging port without me even asking as well!

Couldn't recommend their repair and return service enough! Great job!

Posted iPhone for rear camera replacement. Pre order questions answered very promptly. Phone returned in perfect working order very quickly using genuine parts much cheaper than other providers. Very happy!

First package got lost in the post, but when I contacted Phone Bar, they sent me a replacement with 24 hour tracking. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I have been to the shop for repairs before but have never ordered online and I am glad I did! I ordered my item on the Saturday and received it Monday…free postage too! I trust these guys completely and thank you for the fast delivery

Very fast and efficient service. I had tried using iSmash at Meadowhall to repair my iPad - after quoting me a far higher price they failed to make the repair and claimed the device had a faulty chip. Luckily Phone Bar fixed the problem quickly and I had the iPad back within 24 hours. Great customer service.

Unfortunately after sending my S22 to Alex at Phone Bar it went missing courtesy of Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Maybe putting Phone Bar on the label didn’t help .As soon as driver picked up parcel from collection point it disappeared. Anyway, before that I was in contact with Alex who was extremely helpful and replied to my emails promptly, customer service was excellent and if ever I need a repair done I will not hesitate to use this company. Thanks Alex, top man.

I'm now on my 3rd screen replacement with these guys! I can't fault them. On my 2nd replacement which was a Samsung s23 ultra I'd only payed for front screen not realising the back was cracked too! As it lives in a case, and they kindly done the back for me for no extra charge. 👊💯

Excellent service, kept me informed all the way through the repair, extremely fast service, had the repaired item back to me within 4 days, amazing. Only one criticism is that I received no paperwork back with the item. I would have liked some form of receipt with a list of what was fixed

I had a Iphone 11 that had frozen during an update i had tried everything over several days to sort it but had no luck , i took it to these in the morning and with an hour or so it was fixed and i was able use it again 5* and they didn't charge the earth to do it
