I've been using Photobook Canada for years now and am always pleased with the results and good quality of their photobooks.

Fortunately, the issue below was resolved and they applied the discount.

When I purchased this book, my 60% discount was not applied, even though I created this book under that promotion. There was no coupon code to reflect this discount. I wrote back explaining this and basically, I was told too bad, so sad. This was my first time making a book. I will not use them again. They have bad customer service. Btw - I ordered two books.

I have used Photobook Canada for my last 6 vacations. It is easy to create a book on line and the bonus is getting an e-book that I can share with friend.
The books are created virtually the same day and shipped within a few days. The quality has been excellent.

And what is it like for me the purchases and photographer and creator? While there are lots of easy to use layouts, I love playing with the layouts to tailor them specific to each person and the program lets me do that. If I have questions about the production timing, or type of binding or paper, they are answered quickly. And if, like right now I have concerns about a recent photobook that was printed, I have every confidence it will be made right for me and my guests. The staff are always quite helpful.

In a time where everything is on screens, many of us treasure something we can hold in our hands and flip through with friends and family so much more. I definitely recommend this company to friends when they ask how I make such great travel books.

Easy to create photobook. Like choice of templates.

Since my friend introduced Photobook Canada to me in 2018, I have already made 29 photobooks. Each time I received my order within the promising date. During these years, I can see Photobook Canada trying their best to enhance the qualities of their product. For instance, the lamination of the hard cover is much better than before; the colour of the printout is more realistic. But what made me to become a royal customer is their excellent customer service manner. In Dec 2020, my photobook’s hard cover was damaged during shipping and in Jan 2021, my photobook had water marks in some pages. I reported these issues to the customer service department attached with photos. Both time they apologized to me and promised to send me a new book right away without any hassle. That’s made me feel I can trust them.

PhotoBook has been my go-to source for photo albums for over ten years. They are consistently reliable and provide a very high quality product. The design program is easy to use, many options are available, and the colours in the printed product get top marks.

I didn’t have to wait on hold for too long and costumer service helped me right away. They were friendly.

This is the fourth book I've produced with Photobook Canada. Each book has enabled me to relive wonderful memories. The web based software is easy to use. The photos are sharp with excellent colour reproduction. The books come in a timely fashion, and the prices are quite reasonable. What more could I ask for.

I have been making books with Photobook Canada for years and I am very happy with the results. I give them as gifts to family and friends, but mostly, they keep my good memories alive as it is easier to refer to them than look at my photo albums. I ordered 4 different picture frames for father's day and wedding anniversary and they all came great. I am really happy with the results. My husband is really happy with every one of them.
I also encounter a small issue with shipping duties and taxes and the customer service was fast to resolve it.

Easily created keepsake of photos for a reasonable price. Platform is relatively easy to use. Just wish there was a search feature for backgrounds & clipart. Customer service has been excellent in addressing questions and concerns. Not a fan of coupons and discounts; would prefer overall prices could just be lower - but value is good for the product.

I like the platform and software to create my photo books. I appreciate that I can add multiple photos per page and if I go over a few pages then I just have to pay for the extra pages.

I have recently completed a 100 page photobook commemorating our trip to Italy. I previously purchased a voucher which was valid for 90 days and provided me with ample opportunity to complete the book at my leisure. The software program is user friendly and saves your project as you proceed, while still allowing plenty of opportunity to revise as you wish.
