Johnson's Veterinary - Breakdown Call Out
08.01.25. Initial point of contact was Becky Raj who was very helpful and professional and arranged for our call out to be raised very promptly. A quotation was sent, a PO returned and the visit was arranged within a 7-10 day window. A courtesy email was sent to notify of the visit.
20.01.25 Engineer, David Asmah arrived on site and was again very professional and polite. He proceeded to run checks on the machine and eventually found that the problem was a capacitor that needed replacing. It was explained that there may be an additional charge for the part which i agreed to. New capacitor was fitted and the machine was up and running. Excellent Customer Service from both members of staff ay PHS Wastekit.

Ordered 2 small compactors, delivered on time but unfortunately only 1 worked and we had to wait another few weeks for the replacement. The training and the support from the engineer was excellent.

Steve Oneil response time is second to none, first visit he was here with an hour of my call and today only a day after reporting our issue , found the fault fixed it very quickly. He’s also very informative and knows his job so no wasting time.
