The team at Pinnacle were knowledgeable, professional and persevered to helped us to secure a mortgage. It was a complex and challenging process and the team were patient and accommodating, which made the process a little less painful for us.

The team an Pinnacle where very helpful. We have a unique set of circumstances having just returned from the USA. They were able to guide us to a sensible solution and helped deal with the mortgage company, reducing the amount of paperwork and interaction to a minimum.

Dan and Gabriele worked tirelessly to secure and then keep our mortgage offer as we sought to transfer it to another property after the first purchase fell through. They managed to increase our borrowing, keep our favourable rate and extend our deadline to allow for our second attempt. Excellent customer service from start to finish, everything was explained exhaustively and we felt confident to proceed. In addition to providing a broker service, they also found us a solicitor and put us in touch with a home insurance specialist, both of whom we went on to use the services of. We had a few issues with the lender due to the nature of the property and what came from the survey. The pinnacle team did will in rearranging another lender and getting the finance in place
