Pinnacle where quick, straightforward and very helpful. Constantly chasing up all the organisations in the loop to ensure our mortgage offer was the right one for us. Even after the mortgage offer. When we stumbled across Dan Gracie at Pinnacle we had more or less given up on getting a mortgage having had one door slammed in our face after another. I never understood why, as I felt we were in a good position, but it hadn’t worked out like that. Not only was it a huge relief to get the mortgage (from a mainstream lender on a very low fixed rate) but both Dan and Rhiannon were an absolute pleasure to deal with all the way through; very efficient, quick to respond, brilliant communicators - so rare these days it seems.
