First, let me say, I love working with Kristin Ellwood. She's great, very helpful, very knowledgeable and works hard to get thing rolling. I appreciate that. Secondly, the product are top notch, great quality. I used to use a couple of suppliers, now I only use Pinnacle Promotions as I have never ever been left unsatisfied with my purchase. They deliver when they say they will. I'm very happy working with Pinnacle for my new hire give-a-ways. Thank you, Kristin, you're the BEST!!

Our rep, Sarah Brody, was extremely helpful when ordering hats for our company. There are shortages of most products but she was able to recommend a different hat that turned out to be a big hit in our office.

We order some Script Notebooks and they came in looking great. Sarah and Denise were very helpful in the process making sure the artwork was on spe and all the order details were correct. Great job!

Staff is always helpful through the design, order, and shipment process and prices are adequate for the quality of products. It is easy to be able to use our own logo and choose color preferences up front so that there doesn't need to be a drawn out editing process.

Pinnacle has been a great partner for our promotional item needs. They have a huge selection and their customer service team is very responsive. We don't use a large amount of promotional goods, but we get great service from Pinnacle even though I assume we are a very small account.

I was skeptical at first because I've never ordered promotional items before and there are a lot of sites that seemed sketch. The process with Pinnacle Promotions was super easy. When I requested digital samples of the product with our logo, I received them the same day, within hours. I had my own point of contact with Pinnacle through the whole process, which made it easy and they answered all my questions. The whole process was clear and cut dry. The best part was I received my order roughly 2 weeks before the "estimated delivery date." Pinnacle Promotions is on top of their game! I'll use them again.

I found Pinnacle promotions after the company I had been using let me down. I had ordered some custom cups for a holiday party in October and by the 2nd week in December I still did not have what i needed and continued to get the run around. I cancelled that order and started a new order with Pinnacle. I was contacted by Curtis one of the account Managerrs inside of one hour, asking a few questions and getting things started. By the next morning i had already had my order ready to go and my samples ready to approve. Long story short, I started my order on 12/6 and had everything i needed in hand less than 10 days later.
