Excellent Customer service and Top Quality products!

Pinnacle Promotions teamed up with my employeer and made it SUPER easy to place an order. There were a couple shipping delays but that is expected in today's day and age. Highly recommend!!

I contacted another company for a merchandise order and was fed up with the lack of response and customer service.

I was very pleased with Curtis Stream and the Pinnacle team who were very attentive and responsive to questions. I was able to get a custom order place and delivered within two weeks. We are thrilled with the results and other organizations now want the same customer treatment :)

We had a few issues with samples coming out, and with shipping delays, but the overall sales experince was fantastic.

It's as simple as this ..
. After trying and trying sending emails and emails to many different people I get the run around of how I would get or even buy a millwaukee sign or how to go about getting a set up like you have in your so many vendors !!!! We all know millwaukee makes good tools .... but seriously nobody knows how or who to contact to get a sign or set up displays???? They are all over the place I quess the millwaukee gods must have just put them there!!!!

Working with our Rep has been a great experience. Quick to resolve issues with product, shortages and shipping damages. Product has been lacking in quality here and there. Shirts arrived with oil like stains, flashlights not working, missing company logo on drinkware, reflective stickers were produced on non-reflective material. Ceramic drinkware not properly packaged and broken. Large umbrellas not properly packaged and tips broken on almost all umbrellas. Huge issue is small items not packaged in smaller boxes. Just thrown in all together in one large box which gets damaged and we loose products. Proper packaging is one of your biggest issues. Love the turnaround time and on time shipping. Nice promotional items. Easy ordering.

Great experience. The product RTIC coffee mugs turned out beautiful with our logo. It was nice to get help with the order by talking with a real human! LOL

Pinnacle Promotions was the only company I couild find to get my 350 jackets for our employee Christmas luncheon which was only a month away. From the first conversation to the last, Curtis with Pinnacle was encouraging, professional and honest. Jackets were beautifully embroidered and of great quality. Shipment was received as promised.

Curtis provided me great customer service and assisted me with identifying what we needed. We had a slight hiccup with receiving our full order initially but I believe that was an error on the FedEx side. Denise Basha was pleasant and helpful in tracking our missing box.

I requested for my name to be put on my hoodie I received it and it had no name wrote the company a email and no response nearly 2 weeks later

Communication was great. The product was great quality and our logo was displayed nicely on the aluminum bottles. We received outr product in the time frame that we expected.

Had a great experience working with Pinnacle Promotions. I worked with Sarah Brody and she gave me great suggestions that worked with my budget. I was also on a timeline crunch - she found products in stock that would work with my deadline. Highly recommend them and will work with them again.

Exceeded expectations

Very easy to work with Pinnacle! I had multiple locations to ship to with a tight delivery timeline and the order was received as promised. The product was nicely packaged and of good quality. I would definately use their service again.
