The tumblers I bought came quickly and look great. Great customer service.

This year has made it difficult with supply chain issues and more demands deliveries then in the past but thank fully my team of people have pulled through and given me alternatives and kept to the strict timelines they set for us. Our customers will be thrilled with their holiday gifts this year and they showed up ahead of schedule.

Pricey and shipping took weeks. Quality is good but at that cost it should be.

The VIP Program's discount is marginally less than the discount we have had for our recurring orders which we have extensively ramped up our orders this year by a hefty amount. This is hoping the VIP will give us the much coveted 20% instead of a lower discount with free shipping, it doesn't feel like VIP is better.

The clothing that Pinnacle uses is always the highest of quality. I have always had great luck with the material, and fit of the shirts and pullovers.

The mugs are gorgeous and Nanci Gonzalez did an excellent job following up with me and adjusting things so that they fit our needs! Thanks all!

In my New Hire Kit I received a backpack (among other various swag) and I have to say it's the best backpack I've received from a company in my 20+ years here in the Silicon Valley. I also ordered a jacket which is high quality as well...it just took over a month to be delivered.

We are instating a clear bag policy for in-arena games and bought some promotional clear tote bags to give out at games. They look great and arrived very quickly! Very nice quality.
