Norėtųsi operatyvesnio ir kokybiškesnio aptarnavimo, nes tai tiesiogiai veikia klientų patirtį. Tikiuosi, kad ateityje bus daugiau dėmesio skiriama paslaugų kokybės gerinimui ir efektyvesniam siuntų administravimui. Į skambučius atsiliepusi darbuotoja bendrauja arogantiškai ir nerodydama pakankamai pagarbos klientui. Toks bendravimas neprisideda prie teigiamos klientų patirties.

PirkEU provides an excellent and highly reliable parcel forwarding service. Their website is easy to use, and the package tracking system keeps you updated every step of the way. Customer support is always fast, polite, and helpful. Shipping rates are very competitive, and deliveries from foreign online shops arrive quickly and safely. It is a fantastic choice for hassle-free international shopping. But there's always a room for imoroving.

I have been using it for many years to buy from various countries (Poland, Germany, Italy, UK), everything is fine and no problems. At least for me the only downside is that they refused DPD services for delivery in Lithuania. Update, DPD services back.

Have been using to deliver goods from Germany mostly for several years already. The parcels are delivered safe and sound, never had any issues or defects, no lost parcels and so on.
However, delivery time advertised is not really how it works. It will arrive from Germany to Lithuania within 2-3 days, as advertised, but then it may spend several days at logistics center in Kaunas. So, you might receive your parcel in 7 business days, for example.
