I have use Haymans for insurance….
I have used Haymans for insurance several times. You get clear info straight away from a "Human" colleague who is always patient as I'm very old and slow, friendly understanding ,professional and easy to talk to. I did have to contact them on one occasion whilst away and my problem was resolved immediately. Their prices have always been better than other companies
I would always recommend Haymans for all insurance.

All ok until it came to pay for the policy phoned your number left a message for someone to call back for some help but it never happened we sorted it out ourselves eventually!!!

The experience of enquiring to taking out the insurance was very good. The advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in ensuring I was taking the correct policy relevant to my needs.
I have also received the documents promptly by post. However I am unable to comment further as I have yet to take my holiday.

Great at sorting out my travel insurance policy cover when doing things a little out of the ordinary. I haven’t had to make a claim so can’t comment on that process but the staff that helped me sort the policy out were very helpful and clear.
