Taking out the top up cancellation was quite easy, the rep made everything very clear. Documentation was sent to me by email very quickly. I've no experience of submitting a claim to PJ Hayman, hopefully this will not happen. Using P J Hayman for top up insurance significantly reduced the cost of my Travel Insurance overall.

Can't praise this company enough for their professionalism, communication and the speed with which our holiday insurance claim was processed. At a stressful time it really made a difference.

Took out the activity pack 4 insurance which was reasonably priced , all pretty easy on line however I needed to clarify one point so rang & got a real human to help which these days is great

We have used P J Hayman for top up insurance before as the insurance we get from our bank account has a low total holiday cost limit. The insurance is easy to arrange using their website, the only issue I had was that you could not book more than 18 months in the future.

I can not comment on making a claim as it hasn't been necessary to do so. However, I can comment on how easy it is to create an account and log on to get an instant quote. It's so straight forward, and once paid the documentation arrives via email immediately. So you have all the information you need to travel with you. Thank you,

We usually use your company when going on holiday, your staff are always polite and explain fully what our insurance covers. Our holiday insurance paperwork is delivered to us within a matter of days. Very good service.

Having used this company on previous occasions with always receiving excellent customer service and value, Contacted again for a coaching holiday, The 'call handler' (not sure of his correct title was professional and respectful of severe hearing problems, responding with patience and understanding, provided all relevant details to receive a cover quotation, and what a pleasant surprise the cost was the same as in 2025. Anyone on a coaching break where the company does not include this service I recommend P J Hayman and company without reservations.
