I ordered pepper pig cake toppers .... These were sent to me wrapped in tissue paper ... I don't know if it was the length of time delivery took or extremely bad packaging but the toppers were all stuck to the tissue paper and when I tried to take them off they were all stuck and the tissue paper was stuck fast there was no wy I could use them ... Health and safety issue

They are an amazing company and have the things that I need and can't find anywhere else.

Nothing was too much trouble to ensure customer satisfaction!

My items arrived the next day and the chocolate melts are perfect for covering cake pops and biscuits. The sugar strands seem to be of a higher quality than from the usual brands from a supermarket. I shall buy from here again.

I thought the website was fantastic with so many things that have been very hard to track down, but I was blown away by the speed of the service and couldn't believe it when my order arrived next day. Well done! This will be my first stop in future.

I ordered some cake decorations, went through to checkout and then waited for the confirmation email which didn't arrive. I logged into the website and my order status said "Processed", however, still no email. I waited until later on that evening, logged back onto the website only to find no trace of my order.

Sent an email which wasn't replied to. By this time I was getting a little concerned... Tried calling the following morning only to get a message saying "Sorry there is no-one available to take your call and you cannot leave a message. Please call back later." Very helpful...

Managed to actually speak to someone in the afternoon but got cut off not once but twice. Was as good as told it was my fault, and nothing they had done. They were having problems with their IT but my order would be sent that day. Will it arrive tomorrow? We shall see but in any event will not be using this company again. Appalling customer service.

PS - just had an email saying my order has been cancelled and a refund will be "processed". What lovely people they are! :-))

Very impressed with the speed of service received from planet bake. Would not hesitate to use them again in future.

I was looking for some vivid green chocolate shavings. The picture and description depicted just what I was looking for. Unfortunately when the item arrived it was far from vivid green in fact it wasn't even green. A shame

Clean, clear ordering followed by prompt accurate communication and quality products exacly as advertised. I really can't fault it.
