Plantation Shutters did a great job
Plantation Shutters did a great job of getting the look and practicality that we were looking for. Friendly service. Vincent came and did the measuring and brought samples and examples of previous work. Matched a competitive price from another retailer. When the shutters were fitted there was a difference in how they had been measured so the shutters were taken away to be altered slightly, but this was handled without fuss. We live in an old house with some some walls being slightly unusual angles, so there was a gap around the edge of the shutters which had to be filled with caulk. So just be aware that in older houses there cannot be a "perfect" fit. But we are very happy with the quality service and month after they were fitted.

Great shutters and brilliant customer service …
Great installation of our lovely shutters with minimal disruption but also great customer service. About two years after installation there was what was a problem with one of our shutters. Plantation came round within a few days and fixed it under guarantee. Then one of our family this Christmas (2025) broke a slat. I rang the company and the call was answered with no delay and the lady who answered, Chris, was able to deal with it. I expected a visit as necessary and was expecting to have to pay but she said they would send a few spring loaded clips that I could use to put back the slat into the fixing holes (I repaired the slat with super glue). They arrived the next day and I was able to put the slat back in place. Most satisfactory!! I recommend Plantation with no hesitation

Stunning Job from design to finish
Absolutely Excellent, from design to fitting.
It’s great to get a local company that designs and fits Plantain Shutters all in house with their own designs and fitters and no subcontractors involved.
We had a rather large and awkward job for four rooms. Vincent came along from their design team and did a wonderful job. Shutters arrived on time and price as quoted .All done in one day and they cleared up perfectly. Well done Vincent. Thank You for the stunning job.

Definitely recommend this company and product. Ordered the white, metal, security shutters for a bay window. Not only do we get great security, they look fabulous and generate a lot of light too. Fantastic service and product all around from Planation Shutters. From Lee’s measuring and quoting, Grace’s help with order placement, Michelle’s assistance with delivery and Vincent’s installation. Would 100% do it all over again. Love our white metal security shutters and can’t wait to be able to open the sash windows in the summer without feeling vulnerable to passers-by. Thank you.

Last year Plantation Shutters installed shutters in my front bay windows and I was so pleased with the result that I have just had the company install shutters at the rear of my house.
