Dear Ann,

Our team takes great pride in ensuring that every installation meets the highest standards, so it’s wonderful to know that our workmanship made such a positive impression. It’s always our goal to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable, from the initial consultation to the final fitting and hearing that you’re happy with both the result and the experience means a lot to us.

The larger 89mm slats in frosted white with matching white fittings is such an elegant choice to enhance the look of your windows.
Thank you again for choosing us and for your kind words — we truly appreciate your support.

Great experience. Thoroughly recommend
My experience with Plantation Shutters was excellent. They turned up on time on the right date for the quote. They advised us really well I think. They laid out all the options and allowed us to make our own decisions without pressure, but provided good insight into the options
Fitting was again on the right day and on time. The fitter was very communicative. He was quick but thorough and confirmed choices on the day rather than ploughing on.
I like the product. They're exactly as advertised. They're a great finish, they close properly and operate as expected. They are beautiful.

Most importantly, we’re thrilled that you’re happy with your shutters, that they look beautiful, perform as expected, and bring that perfect finishing touch to your space.
Thank you once again for choosing Plantation Shutters and for sharing your experience. We truly value your support and hope you enjoy your shutters for many years to come.
Good result but beware they want all the money prior to installation
Impressed by how carefully the measurements were taken. Lead time was long. Installation was smooth. My main concern is that they insist that you pay the full fee before the shutters are installed. I have no problem paying a deposit but it is not reasonable to have to pay all the money before they even walk through the door never mind install the shutters to satisfactory standard. When I tried to negotiate on this, complete stonewall.

Hi Alison,
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so pleased to hear that you were impressed with the precision of our measurements and that the installation went smoothly. We take great pride in delivering quality workmanship at every stage of the process.
We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding our payment policy. We understand that paying in full before installation may feel like a big ask, and we're sorry to hear this caused frustration. Our policy is in place to help us manage custom orders, as each shutter is made-to-measure and cannot be repurposed. That said, we always aim to be transparent and fair, and we’re sorry if our communication on this felt inflexible.
Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind as we look for ways to improve the customer experience. We value your business and thank you again for choosing us!

Excellent company
Good company, from start to finish everything went smoothly.
The initial consultation was detailed and at no point was there any hard sales pitch.
Changes were accommodated with minimum fuss. Once installed the blinds transformed the interior and exterior of our home.
The only negative was the lack of an update once the order was placed. We were initially informed of the lead time, however it would have been nice to have a progress report.
Would definitely recommend Plantation Shutters Ltd

So happy with this prezzie to our home
Great to finally give this present to our home after I first got in touch with Plantation Shutters back in 2018!
The fitter was friendly, professional, helpful, and worked so cleanly and calmly. Was a lovely surprise for the rest of the family upon their return from an afternoon out, they love them as much as I did. They look so lovely, day or night and we’ve achieved the best exposure to get as much light as possible with the living room one, as the weather changes and sunny rays are few and far between.
And in the morning it’s great to get just enough light to get you in the wake up zone in the bedrooms, and then be able to keep one side closed and let more light in on the other.

Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a great review. It was wonderful to have been part of transforming your home and creating such a special surprise for your family. We're thrilled to hear that they love the shutters as much as you do.
We’re so pleased to know the fitting experience was smooth and that our team made the experience enjoyable. Your style choice of full height shutters with a hidden break is perfect for allowing light while keeping your privacy. You still get the sleek look of one panel, but being able to adjust the top and bottom separately makes such a difference, whether it’s letting more light into the living room or softening the morning light in the bedrooms.
We truly appreciate you choosing us for such a special addition to your home! Please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we can help with.
