Recently I bought on of the great bundles from plump- it.
Bundle, packaging delivery everything was spot on!! Love their stuff it does exactly what it claims.
Unfortunately I had a problem with one of the products the clicker/ pump in the pen just didn’t seem to work. I reached out explained my problem & 24 hrs later it’s fixed. The team got in touch, asked few details & fixed it right away!!

Not only are their product fantastic their customer service is equally matched!! 5 star products & 5 star service!! Thank you team Plump- IT!!!

I was worried that after 2 days of ordering my plump it pen, I still hadn’t received a confirmation of order, and a delivery date, so, I contacted plump it customer support.

Within 30 minutes of my email, I received a reply to say I had made an error with my email address, but, they found my order and tracking number, so I can now check with Royal Mail tracking.

I am very happy with the response and time.

I love Plump It! products. I particularly recommend the Volumising Lip Plumper. It does work and gives your lips more volume as long as you can endure the “tingle”! For me it lasts for a few hours. I did have an issue with a recent order but this has been resolved by their support team.

Never received. Royal mail has no information on tracking, which does not help.

So easey to use goes on lovely deffinatley reduces fine lines and helps with deeper oned

best lip combo it has become essential for me! colors the lips and makes them more voluminous without injection. effect lasts about 3/4 hours for me

Used it for a wee while now maybe and I don’t want fillers. Just gives you a suitable plump without looking duck lipped or botched!
