After trying injectable fillers & my lips rejecting them, I decided to try this product. Have tried loads of lip plumbers but they never work. I tried my friends "Plump it" before buying and couldn't believe it worked. I immediately bought my own. I can't imagine being without it & people keep asking me where I got my lips done & are shocked when I say its not injected product. Highly recommend this to anyone wanted soft, plumped lips. I love it. ❤️.

I returned the items and asked again for a refund which was declined. Thankfully I got the items via Clearpay, which meant I could raise a dispute. The dispute was closed in my favour, and I was refunded my first installment and the rest were cancelled.

If you use PayPal or the like, you might find you can do the same thing and get your money back.

The money back guarantee is a scam because they will only accept UNOPENED, UNUSED PRODUCTS, and you can't very well return a product that you have to try first, under those terms.

Despite there being a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE banner on their website, they won't give you a refund under ANY circumstances.

The overnight plumping fix is almost impossible to get out of the tube unless you sit it in hot water to soften it a bit first.

The extreme lip volumising plumber will make your lips swell BRIEFLY (approximately ten minutes) before it wears off, and your lips feel really dry after. I do not know where they get four hours from in terms of lasting affect.

The lip oil has a mild cooling sensation, but has absolutely no effect outside of that.

You will get an email with tips and tricks as of you're an idiot who doesn't know how to read instructions.

Please save your money, this company is a scam.

Was so excited to use this. Applied and reapplied and didn't make much difference at all.
Tried again and same results.

Where to begin, your lips swell due to an allergic reaction and for NO other reason than this … I’m assuming the more severe the reaction the longer your pout lingers..in my case the swelling was gone in an hour. i particularly enjoyed the red rash on the skin around my lips the pen created, a skin concealer is a must to hide this.

It is almost impossible to avoid getting this stuff in your mouth or on your tounge.. queue the stomach irritation and the trip to the shi**er..

This idea of the product is great but when I’m completely honest with myself , realistically this was never going to produce long lasting fuller lips.
What a waste of money.

Great product actually works love the way my lips look big yes it stings but I put it on top of my lipstick I love it and it’s cruelty free which is very important to ardent animal lover You literally get instant results! I have heard horror stories of lip fillers so prefer to go down the natural route plus I am a diabetic so I have to be very careful what I put in my body I really rate this product and it’s is reasonable priced

Don’t actually know what I was thinking, I normally check out reviews etc when I’m unsure about purchasing something but I kept seeing hundred of videos of kids raving about this so I stupidly parted with the cash. Stupid woman that I am!
Now after reading/researching it I have read on numerous, numerous occasions that IF this does actually swell your lips, that’s because you are allergic to it, hence why I am say swell and not plump! I bought 3 different products, none work. On the plus side, at least I know I’m not allergic to something 😂
Customer service - useless. Takes ages to get back to you and it's the same standard reply I’m now seeing everywhere 😆
Someone is making a huge amount of money with this scam. And yes, before the company reply, when you offer something and it doesn’t work and you refuse to do what you’ve advertised, it is a scam!

Not impressed at all, very disappointed. Used as directed but saw no improvement at all just nice sort lips but I could buy a decent lip balm for that at a fraction of the price 🤷. Maybe a money back guarantee would be an idea for people it doesn't work with, as you say yourself it doesn't work for everyone but it's a lot of money to find this out.

Read lots of reviews and watched videos of people saying “omg it’s tingling” was excited to use it but nothing. Zero, no tingling no plumping no nothing. I use an Avon which is good but because this had such good reviews I paid 3 times what I pay for the Avon to treat myself for my holiday. It arrived very quickly though. But very very disappointed with the product. It’s not even worth putting on.

Bought this with high expectations. Put a small bit on to see what happened….nothing….put more on….nothing….and again….nothing! No tingling, no burning, no swelling, nothing, just a lip gloss! I won’t be buying again!
