Tbis product does exactly as advertised the results are absolutely amazing i have this in my car handbag and make-up bag my daughters use it too no need for fillers with plump it!! Ive been using it months its a good price!!! Seriously if you are wanting plumper lips buy this its a MUST HAVE 💋 😍

Good reliable and quick delivery

Olivia was amazing in dealing with an issue I had with the plump it lip plumper. Understandably, discrepancies can occur within the make of products (not always! I’ve ordered before from them and I have not had a single issue whatsoever) however, when approaching the customer service team, I felt listened to. Olivia was amazing in handling my issue and even offered me a replacement. Thank you Olivia. Your customer service does not go unnoticed 🙂 I hope the management team recognise your efforts.

The customer service from this company is excellent. I had a problem with my delivery which was sorted out very quickly and a new item was delivered the following day.
Unfortunately I found the lip oil made no difference to my lips whatsoever. I slight tingle but no change in the plumpness of my lips.
Disappointed that the lip oil did not perform very well.

So I had an issue with my delivery. Thought I’d try reach out to plump it & glad I did 😃 , spoke to Olivia and she reassured me in the matter & problem solved . Great fast responses too 🫶🏼

Excellent products and customer service

Products arrived promptly, and yes , do expect the “the tingle” ! But it works!!
Sadly the hyalauronic follow up black pen was faulty, so no comments on this one as yet. But my issue was acknowledged,and dealt with almost immediately,so still five stars. Excellent customer service.

Beware of fake second orders being generated and unauthorised payments being taken from your credit cards ..

Absolute rubbish.

After watching an ad for this on instagram, I was intrigued by this and hopeful of similar results to those shown. However the reality was somewhat different! One application - the sting kicks in - no visible result. Two applications - mega sting, slight darkening of lips (which could be achieved with any lip gloss or balm). Three applications still no difference at all. Really disappointed by this. Contacted customer services and given some instructions of using lip scrub etc. Completed this and what a surprise... exact same result (or non result) as before. Contacted customer services again, particularly as the product states on the receipt '30 day love it or money back guarantee'. Absolute load of rubbish. Apparently you need to register your product within 7 days of receipt of your order to enable this. Complete scam. The product is pants! Don't waste your money. May be if your lips already have filler you get a more reactive response but to standard lips there are no results whatsoever.

It is the most powerful lip plumper I have ever used. You can see a visible difference when applied. It it also an incredibly intense sensation and if applied to bare lips hurts and is painful (at least for me). I actually have stopped using it because i noticed my throat feeling a bit different when I did - potentially this is my body not reacting well to the product so I did not want to take further risk. The company are a small business and were generous to send me an extra product with my order for me to try. The oil seems softer on the skin.

Not overly impressed with the lip builder kit I bought but I am going to try the products that plump your lips instantly instead. I’ll give them
Both a tru consistently to see how it is. Customer service was great though. I was unhappy with them product and realized I bought the wrong lip kit so they sent out the right one instead. So when you order just make sure your ordering the right stuff!

As a lip gloss junkie, I have pretty much tried almost every lip plumper out there. I have to say that Plump It really has what it takes to plump your lips! As long as you don’t mind the burn… I happen to love it, because I can tell it’s working! It really puts all of the other plumpers to shame.

I contacted customer service as I had not received my product, they were very quick to respond and resolve.

Ordered needle-less filler. The product is terrible. When I try to cancel they say I am subscribed and need to receive 3 orders before I can cancel. Avoid this company. Products are terrible and so is the customer service. Big thumbs down from me!!!!!

What load a rubbish, marketing was a ploy, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is!! I stupidly fell for it. I dislike the way it makes my skin feel, initial tightening but that soon disappears within minutes the tingling is uncomfortable. Will be applying for money back guarantee.

Product doesn’t work & apparently I have to spend another £150 before I can cancel. These guys are scam artists.
