Ordered three more plants recently. They came looking very healthy, wrapped extremely well in biodegradable bags with recyclable cardboard. Really pleased with my purchases once again .. just wish some of the plants I wanted weren’t out of stock !

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced!
Unfortunately my pot was out of stock, I received a message the same day as I placed the order offering alternatives. My 6! Plants arrived two days later, sadly a pot and two plants had a bumpy rider despite the sturdy and (fully recyclable) packaging, and once again amazing customer service! Beautiful plants and great company!

These are my first plant babies and they have arrived in great condition. I bought 2 pots which are lovely and solid.

The 4 plants came in 2 boxes. I created a bit of a mess trying to sort them out and removing the compostable bags.

After reading the instruction I’ve moved them around my flat to get the best out of them.

A wonderful experience and a pleasure to use this service! My friend sent a pic of the received hatbox which was fabulous!

I sent a plant as a gift to my best friend in the UK for her birthday and because I have been living in Costa Rica I asked the lovely people at Pointless Plants if they could include a gift message for me, not expecting anything as it's near Christmas and they must be busy. They went above and beyond and produced a beautifully handwritten message included in the beautifully packaged plant. The plant was perfect and the pot was beautiful. My friend was over the moon, happy tears were shed. Jane - you're a legend and an example of why everyone should shop with small businesses. Jane Fear was amazing and beyond helpful with my order for a Christmas tree. Due to a misleading listing on the site I thought it was decorated and she went above and beyond to communicate and find a solution. The gift recipient is stuck at home like many of us and he was so thrilled to have this lovely tree arrive. Happy holidays!

The plant was a present for a friend. It was well protected, as was the pot and the quality was excellent for both. Delivery was very good too, speedy and to time. She, and we, were delighted. My only suggestion would be to have a gift card opportunity.

Brilliant place to buy plants but they seem to have closed with no notice and only a hope that they will return soon. It would be good to know what is happening.

Good quality plants, well packaged and arrived quickly. Cannot fault.

Absolutely fantastic plants and shipping. Everything is recyclable and I now have enough cardboard for mulching the garden as well! The free yucca plant is amazing quality and healthy. I can't say any more as they are just fab - buy from them now!

I purchased a selection of plants for cheering up the house during the winter months. I bought a peace lily, two variegated leaf calatheas and a few monsteras. They all arrived in excellent packaging and condition. I am sure I will be back again to add to the growing collection from my previous purchases. It was a shame that the spotted leaf begonia I wanted was out of stock so I will try to buy that one next time.

Ordered from PP a couple of times now, have never had a bad plant in fact they have always been better than anticipated.
