Poles & Blinds Reviews

Late in the afternoon I had a colllapsed curtain rail and needed a new joining insert ASAP.
The person I spoke to was very understanding and posted the item I ordered that eve which arrived next day.
Couldn't have asked for more.
Sincere thanks for responding to my problem so quickly

A fast delivery, excellent quality products and communication was superb, which is very important to me. Would not hesitate to order again and definitely recommend to others.

Excellent company, will definitely buy again!

Always great service. Quality goods arrive beautifully packed and as described.

Great quality product - a little complicated to install, but good instructions and look great once done.

All as described, very good value and rapid delivery. Highly recommend seller

Arrived quickly, well packaged and good quality.

Easy to use website and was able to find what I needed. They have a good range of products and good arrived quickly and well packed thanks

Great service.
Unfortunately, the pole got damaged in delivery. I phoned and spoke directly to a human who swiftly sorted it out & within 3 days I had a new undamaged pole. Really great customer service & the pole is lovely as well!

I fitted the five sided curtain pole at the weekend. The instructions were excellent. The instructions recommended two people assemble the pole. I managed by myself but I’d also recommend two people. It is a very clever design and I would recommend it for a five sided bay window.

Ordered a 3 mtr and 4 mtr speedy Nikola pole plus 3 swish ceiling fit brackets for a difficult window. Very quick and well packaged deliveries. Prices were reasonable and quality all excellent. Poles were easy to cut to size required and joined well. Great versatility with adjustable brackets although ended up not using two of the ceiling brackets. Very pleased with service and products. Would use again.

Order arrived less than 24 hours after placing the order online. All products were as ordered, and arrived in good condition.

Fantastic service, my curtain pole came the day after I had ordered it. The pole itself was extremely nice. I would order again from Poles and Blinds, and certainly recommend them to others.

Nice choice of poles and tracks. Ordering and paying online was easy. Delivery was amazingly fast. Quality of the aluminium (pre corded) track is outstanding. Fitting instructions were very clear. Fitting was very easy. The hardest part was getting up and down the step ladder :-). Would definitely recommend.

Arrived ahead of delivery date. Extremely good quality. One very happy customer 😀

Only supplier of the item I needed. All dispatched promptly and arrived within the time advised. There was a distinct lack of such products so I was pleased to be able to find this.

Excellent rails which were pretty straightforward to put up. They bent to my bay windows. Super hard to find this perfect product. Glad I bought it (on sale too!) I’m very happy.

We had an issue with a number of broken Silent Gliss track supports, likely deteriorated due to exposure to the sun on a south facing window. I managed to find the manufacturers name on the old support (not a name I was familiar with ) Searched on line and found a couple of stockists. Poles and Blinds were by far the best price and the order was received within a couple of days. Would highly recommend their services.

Helpful in advising exact size to order. Easy to fit with clear instructions and strong fittings

Excellent service - thank you.
