I’ve purchased three times from Poles & Blinds this month. Their prices are very competitive and their range of products is good. The customer service and delivery times have been outstanding.

Extremely fast delivery
The pole comes in halves, joins in the middle. ( So no ridge were one pole sits in another) and the eyelets always snags
Excellent quality
Would buy again
Want to replace my other poles now.

Purchased some metal curtain holdbacks tie backs The product was good however the packaging was very disappointing. The Order was £127.00
and sent in a thick envelope with one layer of bubble wrap and a plastic bag to secure. I would have expected a box for this order value
One part of the metal holdback was poking through the plastic bag. The bag was hanging out of our letter box when I arrived home.
I really expected a better service and relieved there was no damage to the product.

Great website lead to easy to find product that was a good price.

Item was really well wrapped for delivery (not easy for a 3m long curtain track), and included everything needed for a quick and easy installation.

No complaints and will be back should the need arise!

I used Pole & Blinds because I could actually speak to a person! I wanted to check that I could adapt the corded track for a single curtain. They sent me the instructions after I made my order. The track is now up! I am still waiting for the other company I looked at to reply....

The company had what I wanted, metal, style and size of curtain pole brackets in stock and dispatched them quickly.

Ordered 2 8ft wooden poles painted in Ivory - website easy to navigate throughout order to payment - delivery prompt and well packaged. The quality of the product was everything I had hoped for and they look stunning in a newly re-decorated room. My existing curtains look so beautiful on them that I shall not be replacing them as planned as the investment in quality poles has given them a new lease of life so Win Win would highly recommend for both quality and service.

Speedy delivery , helpful customer service. But … colour samples must be provided, impossible to choose from on line colours which I had to do, colour chosen was a bit too creamy on delivery but just had to accept as time and tradesmen moving on. Good quality products and would buy again if needed.

When shopping online it can often be difficult to assess the quality just from the picture(s) but we are more than happy with the purchase. The machining and the wood finish is great, as are the metal parts. It is clear that thoughts have been given to the design of the fixing methods. Yes it is probably a bit more expensive than the typical "Amazon" poles but it is great example that when you spend a bit more the design and quality is just so much better. Speed of delivery and customer service efficient as well.
