I asked for a shipping cost to Australia & a reply was sent very quickly. Would highly recemmend PoolVac as have purchased previously without hassle.

Ordered a Pentair Vac-Mate Filter box and basket online. Received in Australia on time ... exactly as specified on their website. Most satisfied

All of the replaced parts work fine. I had to replace them because they either wore out or broke. Much cheaper than taking it to my local Pool Shark dealer. The parts are cheaper at A. Z. plus they give you a nice little discount.

excellent price and quick delivery

The product was delivered on time, undamaged and has shown its value; it is doing a good job.
I found the price quotation puzzling: a $US price and an $AUS price which was significantly higher than the$US price, after allowing for the exchange rate at the time. I thought the difference probably included shipping costs, but no, these were separate, calculated in $US, then converted to $AUS and then the whole bill converted back $US on my credit card account. I would have been much less annoyed if proper reasons were given for all these unexplained charges.

I was also annoyed by Pool/vacParts sending the wrong instruction manual and insisting that there was no other. Fortunately, later I was able to download the correct manual from the manufacturer's website.

In summary I am happy with the product, but not impressed by the general level of service.

They are right parts. Everything works very well. Next time, I will order parts when it goes down or wears out.

I ordered a part for my Zodiac T5, but when it arrived it was not what I expected. Unfortunately the picture of the part on the web site was some what ambiguous. This issue was resolved through a series of e-mails and the experience dealing with Steve Holt was a pleasant one.

I spoke to a sales rep who was very curteous and helpful then went to their website to order - the prices were fair and sent quickly

The Pool Cleaner is by far the best cleaner I have had for my pool. I had the pool put in thirty five years ago, tried various automatic pool cleaners over that time and none of the others are in the same league as this one.
