You can use pool vac service with confidence, I have used them in the past and continue to use them in the future

I have used this vendor several times and have had great success with getting the parts in a timely manner...even when using snail mail. Prices are competitive and most of the time the least expensive. I would recomend this vendor to other looking for quality - low cost pool parts.

I ordered several parts to rebuild my Polaris. The parts were much cheaper than any local supplier. All parts arrived promptly, all parts were as I ordered them, and everything fit.

The pool vac we bought is so far fantastic, it just goes around pool getting job done leaving bottom if pool nice and clean, our pool gas a few ledges and steps that are a bit tricky for the cleaner but it's just a minor hitch that doesn't bother yes too much. The product came via parcel post on time and the price was excellent, we recommend this product totally

Amazingly they had the part I needed in stock. Even better, I was given a courtesy call inquiring about the fact that I ordered two of the same part. You see, someone figured I messed up, called me to confirm (which saved me a few bucks), modified my order right then and there, and I received my parts shortly thereafter. Ordered Pentair 420 Pool filter from Amazon...although box was a little damage all looked fine on outside... until i went through the parts..only to find one of the main pieces critical to the operation of the filter broken in half...contacted Amazon and they are sending a complete replacement with no questions asked. that is what I call great service and the representative "Shane" couldn't have been more helpful..will continue to do business with Amazon in the future...First time buyer and satisfied...
