I've bought twice now from Portsmouth tarantulas and never been disappointed. The tarantulas are in amazing condition, well fed and well packaged. Tarantulas sizes have always been spot on and sometimes a little bigger. Very happy customer will definitely buy from them again and highly recommend.

I have bought from PT over the last few years, Danielle and the crew have always been a pleasure to deal with.

This time I had a gift voucher from my brother so purchased some slings 2 x Lasiodora Striatipes, 2 x Chilobrachys natanicharum, 1 x Psalmopoeus irminia and 1 x Cyriopagopoeus minax. All arrived on the day planned and I eagerly went through and homed them.

The minax did not look too well after the journey so I contacted Danielle who was quick to offer advice and now the minax is doing zoomies around the enclosure and fighting fit.

I would recommend PT to anyone, novice, intermediate or seasoned keeper for all their tarantula needs.

Put an order in for a B.Emilia and some bits and bobs cork tubes etc. T arrived within a few days perfectly packaged and seems very healthy, its settled in quite well. Seller went out of their way to leave a handwritten message explaining why certain tubes had been sent vs my requests. Top notch service and i know where i can come back to when im next looking to feed my addiction 😅

Ordered an A.geniculata from them on Saturday night - well informed about possible delays due to extreme heat. It arrived this morning, along with live foods for it and my other larger spiders. Excellent choice of tarantula. Specifically after a Socorta Island Blue Baboon. Selected a 1cm sling. Communication was good advising delivery. Arrived extremely well packaged. The sling was well packed in its container. It’s doing exceptionally well. Will be purchasing again.

Always a good experience . I got a next day delivery as ordered before Thursday and got 3 P regalis juveniles that were all the size that they said they were even bigger and all healthy spiders
