My wife and I visited the Stratford branch several times before Christmas, where Daniella was very informative and helpful.
Daniella's service was brilliant, enabling us to obtain our purchases much quicker than anticipated.
When a piece of jewellery became available unexpectedly, two days before Christmas, Daniella arranged for it to be gift wrapped and delivered personally to our home, in time for Christmas Day.

I visited the showroom in Stratford for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and what a lovely place it is to shop! I was there to pick up a watch that I'd been discussing with Daniella over email, and as usual the service she provided was absolutely first rate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pragnell, and particularly Daniella to anyone who is interested in buying a luxury watch - they are so much better than some of the other retailers out there.

I cannot fault the service that I received from Robert at the Stratford branch. Robert was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole range which made choosing the right watch for my wife a lot easier. When we arrived to collect the watch a month later, the box was all gift wrapped and perfectly presented ready for the big reveal. Once again, thank you for the great service and making my wife feel very special.

I feel I should add that I originally arrived with no prior appointment and was welcomed into the store and invited to sit down with Robert having never bought anything from the company before. This may sound like a basic request for a retailer but it is far to often not the case when shopping for higher end items.

Absolutely fantastic online buying experience. Spoke to Connor over the phone, who was knowledgeable, helpful and able to answer all my questions. Ordered the item online, and arranging the payment was easy.

My lovely new watch arrived very quickly, and was securely packaged.

The service from Daniella at Pragnells Stratford-upon-Avon just before Xmas was great.

She listened to what we wanted and picked out some amazing pieces unfortunately they didn’t have the item I wanted in white gol. She was conscious that it was for my birthday a few days later and went above and beyond and managed to get the exact item from the London branch in time. It was our first visit to Pragnells since moving to Stratford but definitely won’t be our last.

Thanks to dear Craig for being extremely patient and humble. Pragnell is an exclusive store with top notch service. I had the best experience.

Visited the new showroom in Leicester at the weekend and was blown away at the level of detail throughout. Absolutely stunning and once again, met with a first class team and service. Every single person I seen was so joyful, attentive and courteous. It's such a stunning makeover and a very relaxing environment - I could visit weekly!

The most valuable and by far the best assets in this showroom, are certainly the people. Each one being a pleasure to speak with and always so amazing with our little boy.

The whole experience with this truly outstanding company is almost unreal to us. I must thank Andrew, for his total understanding of our requirements , and Johnathan for his total professionalism in handling our choosing and eventual purchase. We could not have been made to feel more special anywhere.
We are looking forward to visiting again in a week or so, just to have a couple of links added to the watch. Thank you all for the best shopping experience ever.

It has been our first visit at the Mayfair saloon which we went to purchase our wedding bands. We started our business relationship with Pragnell after Sunil Madhvani had moved there. We have known Mr. Madhvani professionally for more than 12 years when he was working at another jewellery salon in Mayfair. It has been his broad and deep expertise across everything jewellery / watch related, his trustworthy attitude and forthcoming as well as charming art of handling clients that has impressed us over the years and made us returning customers. In combination with the broad and exclusive offering at Pragnell embedded into a wonderful location we enjoyed our first experience a lot and are looking forward to many more to come.

From first contact with Pragnell’s, Stratford Upon Avon for the commission of an unusual and beautifully crafted interchangeable gemstone ring. I cannot speak highly enough of Leona for her friendly but very professional attention throughout the process. Firstly, I would like to thank all the team at Pragnell Leicester. This is an outstanding establishment upon visiting the Leicester branch. I received a very warm welcome.

On the 3 times I visited here, my family and I were greeted by all the staff. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was dealt with swiftly by Dermot who welcomed us to his desk he showed very good knowledge in his products very professional and non-judge mental I was enrolled for the Rolex models that I desired they also offered me and my family refreshments getting to know Dermot and all the common interests we shared.

It wasn’t about just purchasing a watch, It was about the experience which we received. Which he has become a good friend. When we were departing, we were speaking to Jannie I asked if she knew any Italian places to eat for lunch, and she recommended a good place to eat as we weren’t from the area.

On the second time visiting this fantastic showroom. Welcoming us, Sangita offered us a desk. Dermot was with another client but still addressed me and my family, we didn’t just wait we were approached by David, which he showed us the new pieces of jewellery which they made and teaching about the different colours of diamonds, till Dermot was available. We were invited to the workshop/service centre to learn more knowledge about jewellery and watches when we are next visiting.

I got invited to pick my new timepiece. I was greeted by Russel very knowledgeable coming from the jewellery industry background, he was talking and showing us the new sunshine diamond ring till Dermot was ready. Following on from that, I did need a couple of links out which was kindly done, I received a very in-depth demonstration which been a Rolex owner I learnt new details about Rolex which I didn’t know.

So if you are looking for a watch, you cannot go wrong speaking to Dermot Hay and his colleagues at Pragnells. We look forward to seeing you again soon, and thank you for your assistance.
