Nice soft comfortable pillow

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay. Comfy beds, comfy pillows. Food in the bar was lovely. A prefect start to our holiday.

Really easy to order and lots of options to make bundles you want.

Very good product

I bought firm pillows as I really liked them from a recent stay at the Premier Inn Hotel. Within 2-3 months of purchase and use of the pillows, they have started to loose the firmness around the perimeter of the pillows. I am hugely disappointed, especially since I bought 3 packs; 2 as gifts to give to my brother and his family.

The pillows I purchased are great, glad I spent that bit of extra money to buy as great quality, very comfortable. Hope they last longer than the other brand I bought.

My husband needed new premier inn pillows, he will not sleep with anything else after staying at premier inn many times. Ordering was simple and delivery 3 days later. If you loved your pillows after your stay at premier inn l recommend you order these from premier in at home oh and don’t forget the duvet.

Fed up of tossing and turning in bed with the pillows at home , when we stay at the Premier Inn we never have a problem. Looked into if they sold the bedding anywhere and found I could buy the pillows etc. Sent off for them and the delivery was great. Wasted no time in getting them on the bed and have had a lovely nights sleep every night. Have bought so many pillows in the past and all have been a let down after a couple of months, but at the moment they are wonderful and a lot cheaper than others I have bought

These pillows are not the same as the hotel pillows. Bought 1 pair each of soft and firm pillows.
After 3 hours my husband and I both awoke with shoulder burning and discomfort.
We have stayed at many Premier inns and never experienced this with the pillows within the hotel.

The pillow protectors are thick but scratchy and uncomfortable due to the embossed pattern.

The pillows are a major disappointment and we would not recommend them if asked.At £72 a significant loss of money.

I purchased your pillows and duvet! Have had enough of wasting money on other pillows from dunelm and others. I was given your details by Erin Seaton ( who had purchased your products ) so took a chance and ordered! Thank goodness i have now found a pillow and duvet that i love!!!! Will be definitely ordering again and highly recommend your pillows and duvets!
