Part of JDWilliams poor support claim to have items in stock but when you order says no stock and you are sat waiting around like a fool. Worst company I have dealt with

Stay Away. Appalling. My sister has received a demand for money for an account she doesn’t have. In trying to resolve the issue, the customer service is so inept we can’t tell if the person she’s speaking to is actually a genuine customer service rep or also part of the scam, despite trying to get contact details online rather than from the letter. They don’t seem able to tell whether a fraudulent account actually exists in her name or whether she’s getting letters from elsewhere.

Premier Man appears to be enabling identify fraud
Premier Man appears to be enabling identity fraud, whether intentionally or due to employee involvement. While I was abroad, I returned to find letters in the mail indicating an account had been opened in my name without my knowledge. One letter mentioned that an order was canceled, while another demanded payment for an outstanding balance.
I have never heard of this company, and never opened an account with them. I promptly contacted them to disable the account and submitted a form for their investigation. I also involved the police and Action Fraud and intend to follow up on the matter.
Despite this, a week later, I received yet another letter demanding payment, with an even higher balance. The company must take this matter seriously and compensate for the harm caused to individuals. I will continue to keep Action Fraud and the police updated.
Delivery
Ordered a oak bookcase from premierman-they said £10 charge extra for delivery. It was left at a different property 10 doors away. Rang premierman and they didn't seem bothered as long as they got paid. Their call centre is now in Mumbai and they can't understand my English.. After 16 years I'm now leaving this company
. Most of the products are for women.Now I have a slipped disc from carrying this item.

They Allowed Identity Theft After Contacted Them
This company have allowed some fraudster to open a credit account in my husband's name. We first were alerted to this matter when a letter was received saying they had to cancel an order because of some internal checks. Please be assured that the order has not been applied to your credit account.
So someone has opened up an account fraudulently in my husband's name. Premier Man stopped the order, but since then he received a letter in his name yesterday, 12 November 2024, requesting a minimum payment.
Premier Man were alerted to the first letter received, emailed them, sent copy of letter, and reported fraud and yet since that time they have ALLOWED an order of £130 to go through. It's absolutely shameful and I'm raising a complaint, whatever that does, meanwhile these fraudsters are allowed to get away with free orders, while damaging other people's credit files.

The quality of clothes from this website is so poor. The colours fade after few weeks. If you don't pay a minimum amount for the amount they threaten to charge you £12 for late payment. Just awful company

I really love the women's clothing in premier man . They arrive on time and you can return things. The deliveries are good but not great on returns but that's the carriers fault.

Premier Man is financed by JD Williams & Co, Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester. I have been in contact with them regarding a fraudulent account that was set up in my name and address. I informed them of the known offender and gave them her address. Despite getting a fraud reference from their so called fraud department, it took 3 phone calls before they realised it was a fraudulent account. Despite this they kept sending me ever increasing bills, adding on interest and admin charges. O told them that the matter Hadd been reported to police but still the charges increased. I was made personal promises from the call centre staff that the fraud dept would be in touch with me within 48 hrs, nothing, 24 hrs still nothing. If you ask to escalate the matter they put you on hold and for over 30 minutes and no one answers the phone. Despite them sending me the increasing charges they would not tell me what I was alleged to have bought as it was a fraud case bit then said take it to the police as its a civil matter because I knew the offender!! So apparently it was a civil matter and a crime of fraud!! I have never dealt with such an incompetent company, and not just one call taker, I spoke with at least 6!! Never use Premier Man or JD Williams because if something goes wrong they are useless!

I have had an account with Premier Man since the early 2000s and had very little trouble in ordering and returns, sometime in 2022 I needed to log on to order some new clothes however the site would not accept my sign in details and that I should reset my Password or user name. I did this and was told that y password was strong and had been updated, and I placed an order which I received. A little time later I needed another order, I duly signed in only to be told that I could not log in as my username or Password were incorrect, again I reset my password which was accepted until I signed in again only to find the details were incorrect. After trying again without any luck I started to use Atlas for men. Around February 2024 I contacted contacted Premier man customer service about my problem, I did not get a reply until mid May 2024 asking me to contact them again no doubt at 13p a minute plus phone company charge. This did not seem like any form of customer SERVICE
Account hacked and terrible treatment by CS
On the 5th of March my account was hacked and an Iphone was order by the hacker, Said hacker was an idiot who forgot to change my details first and the invoice was sent to my email! I then reported the hacking and saved Premier Man £815 for a lost phone. Then after this my account was changed to the hackers details! Now began nearly two months of useless and inept customer service interactions to get access to my account again! Why on earth would a fraud dept take a month to investigate something that was plainly all sorted because of my intervention?. Anyway after initial contact from Fraud on the 6th I then heard zero for well over a month. I contacted CS by Chat and telephone on 5 occasions to try and resolve the problem as to why I could not get back into my account. Two lazy CS operatives merely said fraud are still looking into it! the third said he was sending me a change password link which I never got! The fourth one finally sent me a link and acknowledged there was an IT problem as their emails were not getting through to my address! A week later with no contact I thought I'd try to get the link myself and voila! It worked! Again no email to let me know the glitch had been sorted of course! Today after turning down a poultry £10 good will offer I made an official complaint with a request for compensation so we will see how that goes!

Never heard of this company, but they are sending letters claiming we owe them money. They are either actively involved in fraudulent activity or they have very poor controls against fraudsters using fake details on credit accounts

In January I received an order from Premier Man. I had no knowledge of this so returned items and advised a Fraud had taken place.
In February then received a statement with other transactions totalling more than £600.
Incident reported to police for investigation.
Very surprised that account can be opened with minimal cheques and as I did not receive the credit card how could the fraudster have completed so many transactions
Scammer Creating Accounts With Others' Details
Like several other users, someone has created a fake account using my details and has started ordering items to be sent to me. I keep returning them but I have to wait 28 days for fraud investigation!! I know of eight other customers in my local area who are also affected. Premier Man needs to tighten up their account application process immediately. Action Fraud have been informed.

I have received fraudulent invoices from this company. I completed their fraud form and reported it to Action Fraud and today received yet another bill for something I haven't ordered on an account I didn't set up. Dodgy as hell.

The mark of a good company offering great customer service is to admit when things go wrong, take responsibility for the error and then put it right. What a bad company such as Premier an does is take your money for a premier service such as next day delivery, not deliver that service then tell you that it was not guaranteed, that if the item is delivered after you cancel it you will be recharged, that if this is proved you will have to take it up with the delivery company or the police and that if you make a false statement this could lead to prosecution. So it seems that Premier Man are immune to the Distance selling Act and that they can offer services that they are unable to provide. AVOID!!!!
Fake Statement
Received a Statement for payment from Premier Man ref D4640819 asking for payment of £6.13 including interest .I have never heard of or used this company. Called the help line who made no attempt to resolve the fake invoice.I have now have to register with Action fraud to resolve this myself. I would suggest to Premier man they resolve these mistakes immediately and be respectful of the victims of this fraud.

I find them a good company . reliable and products are of good standard . delivery service with Evrie excellent . always on time , the delivery men are polite and respectful .
