I bought a jml Chillmax Air from them last year, still under guarantee,(it still is) took it out the box new last week, water just seeps out. I contacted JML to make sure they told me my guarantee was with PremierMan, on the phone for ages , the couldn't find my purchase(I have all the paperwork) eventually they did, admitted it was still under guarantee told me to get it ready to be picked up by EVRI (HERMES) on Monday, still waiting. Is this a Scam Company
Today (10/07/23) spoke to another Customer Service Lady named Lee who promised that my Chillmax Air will be pick up within 2 days by EVRI. I am Still waiting for them to pick up my broken item. This company needs to be investigated as they ard opening different accounts under customers names.

Had a strange letter from this lot saying they could not open an account for me.
Very strange as ive never heard of them!
I hope the same does not happen to my credit score as has happened with others on here as I wont be happy!!
I contacted them and got message from someone called Chondre Ravell but that seemed to get nowhere!
So Premier Man ive never heard of you before and I want nothing to do with you either!!

Comany let down by very poor delivery company Evri who are in my view the worst delivery company. Ongoing issues with delivery, Premier Man however do not want to bottom out this ongoing issue I have with how they deliver goods. Poor customer service.

My issue is with Premier Man and Jacamo, but I am unable to leave a review on the PM website.
I bought some Jacamo shoes for £30.

OMG the quality is awful, I can find better at a car boot.
The sole and the canvas is of such poor quality, thought it might fall apart just trying them on.
Just because it has a Jacamo label on the inside, how can they justify £30

AVOID this company at all costs. They allow other people to open accounts in your name but with a strange address, without doing the proper ID and address checks. And then wrongfully add info to your credit file affecting your credit score!!!

AVOID this company at all costs. They allow fraudsters to open accounts in your name but with a strange address, without doing the proper ID and address checks. And then wrongfully add info to your credit file affecting your credit score!!! They then refuse to accept responsibility for their actions, refuse to admit they were at fault and refuse to uphold the complaint lodged with them. My credit score has been seriously affected because of their incompetence and shady business running. There are hundreds of similar complaints across the Web and on social media.
This company needs to be investigated for their misconduct and lack of due diligence!

Ordered some men’s sports shorts and didn’t have to pay straight away.
After a week or so I logged into the site and £3 had been added to the bill. If I wanted credit I would have paid on a credit card. Won’t be using Premier Man any more. Con artists

ordered 2 items in sale never arrived, checked order status. says on the way . a week later still no goods so complained. they say there are delays because of black friday pressure. then get one email saying order on way but might be late then another email saying order was returned ! how can it be it was never delivered . totally incompetent company. who use totally incompetent courier company. hermes / evri (what ever there name is this week). avoid them its not worth the hassle.

Why isn't there a minus number to select? This company is disgraceful. I returned items to one the un-manned lockers they advertise. The return was worth £190 (one hundred and ninety pounds) they say they have not received it and I must now pay for the items. They charge £4.50 for next day delivery but regardless of how many items are ordered they still charge the full amount as long as one item is delivered on time. They don't respond to complaints. The interest rates are unbelievable. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should be wearing masks.

Todays first time in my life I heard about this company because I got a letter from them to lay outstanding balance of £244, I have no clue or idea what happened, never had my account with them or never use them,I called the number provided and the lady put me on hold and never came back,

Do not used premier man. One of the worst company out there. You pay more on intwrest than the pricw for the cloth they sell. Rude and very bad customer services

I opened account. But I don't used. Everyday they bombarded me email, text messages etc..." you have 125£ to spend, start shopping bla bla bla etc. Ok I started shopping made a two orders. One order was dispatched(very pro service) Second order was CANCELLED and rest of my credit amount was REMOVED!!!! I contacted with them through the live chat and they tell me story about experian and credit check. SO Experian allowed dispatched 1st order but 2nd order not!!!! Totally disgusting and unprofessional adviser and incredible story about Experian ...not recommend!!!! Not worth ur time wasted.

If anyone uses premer man they must be mad this is a genuine review if you order you will not receive what you have ordered and will pay premium phone charges to cancel or sort it out

One of the worst companies which I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They keep sending me bills and adding charges for items which I have never ordered. I wonder how trading standards allow them to operate?

Had an account for 10 years now and just noticed that they apply a late payment fee ever month as I get paid end of month so always pay up to date then. Noticed this and asked to change my payment date to last day of month. Told no. I have told them to do this or freeze my account and will take it further if not resolved.

I've been with them for 7 years with a well maintained account. I received this email after placing an order

Hermes lost/stolen the parcel, but my gripe is more with Premier Man as they seem to be doing nothing in chasing this up. They sent me an email saying i should hear something within a couple of days, over a week.... later no other contact from them.

Then on Christmas day the send an invite to review the product i'm still waiting for.Though if it ever turns up they will be getting it sent back as i purchsed it from another company instead as it was a present.
So i write a bad review against them and the reply saying it can't be accepted and i should contact customer services about it (which i have already) Surely they should of passed on my concern to thier customer services department on my behalf. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IN MY OPINION.GOOD PRODUCTS, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES.
