The turnaround time doesn’t fit for 48 hours fly customer, even though we catch the RoyalMail last collection and it arrived at the lab next day at 10am. It takes 20 hours to complete the test.

I would definitely recommend Prenetics if you need a Covid-19 PCR test provided asap, received quickly to my home, processed professionally and fast. Prenetics also kept me well informed throughout the whole process.

CAUTION - My son needed a test within 72 hours of flying, due to the fact they use Royal Mail for their returns his test results did not get to us in time.

I ended up having to go to boots on the morning of his flight and get a rapid antigen test. His flight was Friday tea time, I posted the completed test out to them on Weds in accordance with the instructions on their website so it would be with them Thurs at the latest.

Friday morning they still didn't have the test. I told them I would need to go get one done elsewhere and requested a refund, they told me they would not refund me.

In my eyes, when these tests have a short shelf life and window before flying, they need to have this nailed down, I get that it was the mail company at fault, but that is so they can save on postage instead of going with a more reliable courier. Not happy at all.

I took test Sunday evening, posted that night, they said it arrived Tuesday 15:15 over the 24hr period, very stressful but I did get results at 22:15 that night so within my flight time, just, if your Ok with stress they did an Ok job.

This is the second time you've asked for my evaluation.
It was bad because i did not receive the result until long after 72 hours and I had flown. Fortunately the lack of a result did not after all completely disrupt my travel but it might have done.
So obviously, besides being entirely useless it was also a complete waste of money.

We are elderly and found the process quite confusing.not helped by having trouble with the internet connection we could hear the other person, but were unable to let the, hear us.

2 Day PCR Testing Kit ordered at 11:50 Wednesday. Received testing kit 09:45 Thursday and returned the same day. Results available at 2:23am Saturday. Test confirmed two previous lateral flow tests. No reason to doubt the accuracy of the result. Can't really ask for much more.

Smoth experience. Very helpful on the phone at the outset with regards process and setting up profile etc. Tests arrived quickly. On the day easy to submit the tests and outcomes and then certificates received very shortly afterwards. Excellent all round experience and would certainly recommend and use again

I sent my test (PCR Fit to Fly) first thing on Wednesday morning to be ready for my flight on Thursday night. I didn't hear anything and a few hours before my flight I had to call your lab only to be told my sample was not there. I had to pay for an emergency test with a different company, was so lucky to find one. You eventually sent my results on Tuesday, 7 days after I sent my test in! Absolutely ridiculous. If you know you cannot provide a 48hr turnaround, you need to stop the service instead of disappointing passengers. I don't know why Virgin Atlantic has recommended your lab, I have flown many times after covid and its the worst service I have experienced.

Our test results did not arrive in time for our flight and I was unable to get hold of anyone to try and help me. We ended up having to pay for a second lot of tests at the airport so that we could fly.

Excellent service. Very quick, easy and effective. If you give customer service a call they can sort it out straight awa. Requested a last minute pCR test. Managed it to get it done on time. Highly recommended.
