Excellent service and speed of delivery. It was VERY difficult to find your pod. Please give a better map or description of where it is.

Arrived quicky, worked and processed in time. I could have done with an update when they hit the lab as I was worried they had got lost in the post but otherwise a great service!

Website not clear on product, requirements and deadlines

Very poor service and I would have missed my flight had I not got another test from elsewhere. I bought the PCR fit to fly test for £59 with a promise of 24 hour response. This was for an emergency flight to South Africa to see a terminally ill relative. Test sample needs to be within 72 hours of departure. I took the sample on Thursday morning and posted it before 9am with the 24hr priority Royal Mail delivery option provided. My flight was on Saturday evening and the airline will not let me check-in with out it. I began to panic on Saturday morning as I had no response from them despite having sent two chaser emails asking for an update. When I called at 1.30pm they lady confirmed that they had received the sample earlier that morning but that it had not yet been scanned at the lab and that the 24hrs will only start once it is in the lab. She said that she could not expedite the testing until it had been scanned at the lab, but didn't know when they would do that. I eventually received an email confirming that the sample was received at 16h16 in the lab and that the result would be ready 24hrs from then!
I did not trust them to meet the flight deadline, so I booked a rapid antigen test with Express Test for 14h40 and had the result and certificate by 15h30. I checked-in and travelled on that result.
I eventually got the Prenetics test report after i had checked-in and was sitting on the plane! I have demanded a refund from Prenetics but initial response is that they only received the sample in the lab at 16h16 and was therefore within the 24hr window. That is just false. Do not use them.

It all went smoothly and efficiently. My only criticism is that when logging into your account to check progress of sample it states processing may take 48 hours, but you are expecting a 24 hour turnaround in time to fly. This caused anxiety so I had to ring to confirm the result would be available within 24 hours not 48.

I would have happily given 5 Stars but for the initial problems in getting through the checks at the beginning of the test. The consultant could not understand her instructions and they conflicted with those on the packaging I had.
What was advertised as a 10 minute exercise finished up taking nearly an hour.
However Prenetics came good and emailed the results within 24 hours

Although the process was not entirely without hiccups, each of our problems was sorted out very quickly by your excellent support staff. For anyone who needs a test, don't leave it to the last minute in case something doesn't go completely according to plan. From ordering our remotely observed PCR tests to receiving our certificates, my husband's took 5 days and mine took 3 days. No testing was available over the weekend.

Excellent service throughout, very easy guide how to use and great support if needed.

The lab never got my test. Had to buy another test at the airport.

Wanted to check if I was fit to fly before was due to fly, even though I still have to do another one day before. Ordered online, delivered efficiently and quickly, chose a suitable day to test and forwarded in post box nearby. Got the results with 48hours which was good.

So quick and excellent service - thank you.
