I am very disappointed with the incorrect information on the website and the rudeness of customer services. I have use this company before and been very pleased, but needing PCR results within a time frame and not getting it in time for my flight was costly, upsetting and stressful . The unhelpful attitude of some customer service staff at prenetics added to the stress. I wouldn't use them again.

It would have been better had my test kit arrived in time to make the priority post box uplift on the same day but that can't really be helped. Other than that, all went well.

I went to a Prenetic's "shed" that was situated near the O2 in London. The man in the cubicle handed me the swab and I carried out the swabbing myself.
I was not impressed that I was outside. This is a medical procedure (if a quick one) and I would have preferred to go inside the building rather than stand with the public walking past.

We had numerous problems with our observed PCS test. Firstly, I had to call them 3 times regarding missing/incorrect information. Finally when we were online about to undertake the tests, we were told that they couldn't observe PCR tests, they only did LFT. It turned out they had sent us the incorrect instructions to join and then had to send us the correct one. This then necessitated us to make another appointment with the correct company. Should we have wanted this test for a flight, it could have resulted in us missing it!!!!!
The results once received, were received within 24 hours.

Fast, efficient service completed over a weekend which was impressive. Easy to use but maybe a little too expensive in comparison to other companies. Couldn’t fault the turn around time though or the simplicity of the process.

Very easy to use, and speedy test results. I loved the flexibility of having a local drop 'box' for my test kit rather than having to rely on the post. And, my results arrived via email at the time I was advised! perfect.

Excellent service and efficiency even at the weekend. Prenetics handled our group fit to fly Covid tests perfectly. Thank you!

Anxious at first but a very straightforward process. Swabs for PCR taken at pod in Chester at 1500 on 21/4/22, results available at 0530 on 22/4/22. Highly recommended.

Took test Tuesday afternoon, was flying Thursday morning. Got result Saturday morning! Had to get an express PCR at the LHR on Wednesday evening which I did at 19:30 and had results at 23:30. Was a waste of money and more importantly a lot of stress.

I had a terrible experience with this company. It took 5 days for my sample to reach the lab so I had to book an urgent PCR at Heathrow before my flight. Very disappointing

The lady at the Sheffield test centre was very kind and patient at guiding this complete novice through the PCR test procedure. Much appreciated. Many thanks for your help.
