Brilliant
I received a Pretty Suds citronella soap sponge as a gift and used it abroad this year, I didnt get one mosquito bite! This really works. I was so impressed that I bought more, one to keep for myself and the others for friends and family to try. Brilliant product.

Have had a subscription for years.
I have been a subscription customer for a very long time now. I still absolutely love every single box I get the smell is divine. I have just had another delivery of carpet freshner, whipped soap, soap sponges and egg bath bombs and everything smells amazing could smell them before opening the box. I came across this company on face book dec 2025 put my first order in for the citronella bug off sponges and now recieved my 3rd order doubled up and trying the citronella spray as think this will be a great option for a body spray in Dominica republic were the mossys can be quite bad but the soap sponges definately keep them away as well

Fantastic family business
Love love love their products🥰 after buying a citronella soap sponge last year (which worked brilliantly no bites) I returned again for a purchase of the same sponge soap. Unfortunately the order I received didn’t match my order. I got in touch with the live chat on the website and received an instant reply with an apology to send out correct order. Such a brilliant service from a family business. A definite recommendation for an outstanding business don’t hesitate to order you won’t be disappointed 🥰

Absolutley love these sponges
Absolutley love these sponges. First time ive used the citronella bug off. I always get bit by mossies. Just been to greece and Not 1 bite. Its a miracle ha ha. The smell is amazing too. Just bought another 2 plus treated myself to the lullaby sponge.

Well I have just tried the body butter and OMG its absolutely beautiful smell exactly like a famous brand, however the smell is lingering. Cant wait to use the rest. Dont waste your money!
After seeing recommendations of citronella helping with mosquito bites, I chose this company to order a soap sponge & body spray for upcoming holidays. I took advantage of the 3 for £15 body products & 4 gel wax pots.
Shipping was fast & well packaged, upon opening, both body sprays were leaking everywhere! The soap sponge smelt waxey, far from citronella scent & the gel waxes, wow extremely poor scents.
Extremely disappointed with faulty items & poor quality, I contacted via online chat & email. No response, thankfully I paid via PayPal & got my money back!
Rubbish products & non existence customer service!

I have been subbed to the bath bomb box…
I have been subbed to the bath bomb box since it began. Never any issues until Royal Mail loses the box this month. Not the companies fault and I try and get in touch with them:
Using their website live chat
Sent two emails to their customer care email
Messaged them on WhatsApp
It’s been weeks and I never heard back.
I never want to open a chargeback or leave a bad review for a small business but I really did try to sort it out cordially, and would have kept my subscription ongoing. As it stands you have now lost a long term subscriber due to the complete lack of any customer service.

3 broken sponges, no promised replacement
I bought 3 soap sponges which arrived quickly & smelt great.
The first one broke in half after a couple of uses so I reached out to Pretty Suds who apologised and said they would send a replacement.
I never received this replacement.
They said it was due to too much soap in the sponge....
The other 2 sponges also broke, with one, Citrus I believe, crumbling into totally unusable little pieces.
So 3 broken sponges & no promised replacement. Not great!

Thank you so much for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had. It was completely our error that the replacement wasn’t sent, and I sincerely apologise for that.
We do pack our sponges full of soap to help them last as long as possible, so they can feel quite firm at first. We always recommend softening them under warm water before squeezing, as using them too roughly while dry or semi-dry can occasionally cause tearing.
That said, it’s very rare for multiple sponges to arrive faulty — so if you’re happy to send over a couple of photos, we’d love to take a closer look and get this sorted properly for you. Just drop us a quick message or email, and we’ll make it right.

Fab Company with Fab Products
Have had several orders from Pretty Suds, all have been perfect! I love their products. My sons love a bath with the bath bombs and even though they both have very sensitive, eczema prone skin they have never had a reaction. I love both the wax melts and gels, the scents last for ages and the dupes are spot on. The soap souffles and sponges are a go to for me, I love that I can match my soap to my perfume!
