I needed an A3 Printer (with A3 scanning too) in a hurry for an important client. I found the specific model, but it was either out of stock or selling for a high price everywhere I looked. Then I came across Printerland. I'd never used them before, but they had the exact Printer I needed and at a great price! way less than Amazon (for example) I ordered it and it arrived quickly and did exactly what i needed. I'll definitely be back!

Recently purchased a printer from Printerland following the recommendation from a friend who had used them before. Advised about their wide selection, good service, quick delivery, and very good prices.
I was in need of a new laser printer, as my rather old but reliable Brother was in need of replacement. I decided on a multifunction printer, as my scanner also needed replacing.
I decided on a Canon, as it offered everything I needed. However, I was undecided on which particular model to go for. It would only be for home use, but I wanted a model that would have reasonable (ie toner) running costs. As I was unsure which model to go for, I contacted Printerland for help. I received a quick and helpful response which helped me decide on the model I chose.
I ordered my printer one day, and it arrived the next, excellent.
I am very pleased with my printer as well as the excellent service that I received.

Easy to order, had a call from them explaining I could have the new version of Epsom tank I had ordered so using ET 4956 for the same price of The 4856.

I don't usually write reviews unless it is to warn people away from companies that are a shambles, but printerland have been the exact opposite and it has been a pleasant change.

Ordered what I thought would be the best printer for me online. Shortly afterward I received a call from Luke informing me that the one I selected is frequently returned, and went through the other comparable options until we settled on a better model for me, which also results in half the toner cost. Delivered the next day. Very grateful for their attention to detail. Would happily use again. Thank you!

Ordered a printer and they phoned later to confirm I wanted the wired version and not the wireless model. It was my mistake and it would have been a right pain in the neck had the order gone through. The difference in price was marginal, and the amendment was straightforward, no delay, no phaffing about. All sorted with brilliant customer service.

Matthew was proactive in supporting us in the choice of a new printer which is working very well. He advised on a slightly cheaper offer which was delivered on time. I am glad to recommend this company and the service they offer.

Have always bought from Printerland from new printers to toners. Printerland is very efficient and easy to go through their website. Delivery is quick always received next day delivery without having to pay extra.

Buying the printer was straightforward they even had a good payment delivery system that linked to Amazon for Payment. I have more of a problem with Fed ex who it has taken me a week to find out that they wont be delivering as they say there is a problem with the address. after many attempts to contact Fed ex they finally told me to Ring Printerland directly which I have but unfortunately there was no one available. The nice man I spoke to said someone was going to call me back. I wait to see if I will actually get a call.

UPDATE: They contacted me via email and confirmed the address which they passed on to the delivery company. hopefully with the updated address and Diversion details I should soon receive my items.

Update: I have now received my refund of £145.19 — thank you for sorting that out.

That said, what happened during this process really needs to be shared:

Matthew called to say he was concerned about how I’d been treated — which I appreciated. But then he told me the information I gave him about my legal rights was not correct. He said he didn’t want to argue — but still wouldn’t acknowledge the facts.

I simply asked him to look up the Consumer Rights Act 2015 online:

• Your rights last 6 years — not 30 days

• Goods must be fit for purpose

• A company’s own policy cannot override UK law

If he’d just said: "You’re right, no problem" — there would have been no issue at all. Instead, he tried to tell me established law was wrong. Their website still tells customers to contact the manufacturer after 30 days — that’s misleading and it’s not what the law says.

I’m posting this so other customers know: don’t let anyone tell you your rights end at 30 days. Know the law, stand your ground, and don’t be fobbed off.

I have used printerland multiple times. Twice to purchase goods for business and keep me going with printing supplies and equipment along the way.
From the back office on the web, to order logistics, through attentive customer service and best delivery service - they are always on top of their game.

I initially choose Printerland because of the competitive price of the printer I was interested in buying. After I placed the order, I received a phone call from customer service offering to swap out the printer I ordered for one that was the same price but had more features. I had ordered just a printer, but I've ended up with a scanner too, and I'm glad I did - as I've used it quite a lot already. The dispatch was really speedy, I received the printer the next day. I also received customer service follow up to make sure everything was OK. Definitely recommend Printerland.
