I ordered an Epson printer. Printerland got in touch to say that model was out of stock but there was a more up-to-date version available (which was also cheaper). I chose to get this and it arrived the next day, as promised. I was pleased with the printer and Printerland's service.

This will be my second printer from Printerland, and as before they were very helpful, speedy and provided excellent value for money. Why would you go anywhere for a printer!

I was let down by another printer company (out of stock of the printer I wanted despite their website saying otherwise). I placed the order online, only to get a phone call saying they can respect the order but there is possibly a better option for you. After consideration, I agreed and bought the better printer. Delivery was quick and the company kept in touch to check I was up and running OK.

Excellent service. We were let down by another supplier and ordered our toner cartridge from Printerland. The communications were excellent and the cartridge arrived in mint condition the next day. Very good service - we will not be ordering from anyone else in future.
