Ordered a pet portrait, site promised a preview image in 48hrs. 48hrs later get an email saying delays... 3 days later I get a preview which isn't great. My 12yo did better with a free app!
Requested to cancel and refund as not impressed at this stage.
Sarah quickly cancelled my order....but 2 weeks have passed and no refund despite 2 emails to chase this. Last email fell on deaf ears so I have had to chase a charge back from my card provider.
Website promises good things but sadly they don't meet expectations.
As for customer service.... only contact is email and as said before- they stopped replying.

Edited to add.... they did not reply in 48 hrs as this response says.
On 31st Oct they said they would look into why my refund had not happened. On the 9th Nov I had to chase again. 3 more days passed and I raised a charge back and posted this review.... then miraculously I received a refund!

Received my Black & White Canvas Print of my Furbaby Molly who recently passed and it is beyond Beautiful.

It captures her Perfectly and the Quality of the Canvas is Amazing.

Delivery was ahead of schedule and so well packaged.

I cannot recommend these Guys Enough.

Finished product was so beautiful. Communication was great, they had delays due to staff sickness and they updated me about my order and upgraded me to next day delivery to make sure I got my order when i needed it. So happy with the service of this company!

Very pleased with the detail to make the personality of the pets be portrayed in the paintings. Customer service and efficiency of the whole process was excellent.

Everything arrived perfectly and on time , made an error with delivery address however customer service was perfect and assisted me to correct and even followed up to send me a preview of my order.

Very good company to use, products are as described and delivery is very accurate.
I ordered 2 items and 1 didnt get sent, everyone can make mistakes, when i got intouch the customer service was excellent, within minutes i had a reply and my item had been processed and was set up for another delivery, this gives you peace of mind should you need to use their customer service.
I would highly recommend and i will be using this company again

I lost one of my pet lambs Agatha & wanted something to remember her by. I found PrintingBee online. I asked for her tag number to be included on her ear tag which they were able to do even though her tag wasn’t very visible on the photo I sent. I’m soooo happy with the results & now I can look at Agatha everyday x

Was very happy with my purchase and the quality.
Although my parcel didn’t come in time Sarah was very helpful with accommodating me and gave me my shipping money back.

I had to wait longer then expected for the picture to arrive, apparently was down to courier. I received the picture today and it’s beautiful thank you very much :)

Paid for next day delivery which never happend the item arrived 2 days later . All the company wanted to offer was discount on my next order . Why would you want to order from a company who can't even deliver on time when you pay extra for next day .

Loved my dog canvases, they came out a lot better than i expected. Now i get compliments any time someone visits me. Would definitely recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. I ordered a beautiful frame for my husband for our first wedding anniversary, however, when it arrived it was cracked and damaged.

I emailed PrintingBee to let them know, to which they offered a replacement frame, which I was happy to accept. We are now coming up to 3 months and many unanswered emails later, and I have still not received a replacement frame, or any form of compensation.

It is extremely disappointing and not what you want to give as a first wedding anniversary.

I have not received my order have emailed them multiple time and had no response
