Ordered 13/8/24 - took 5 days to receive my suggested pictures. Accepted these same day for it then to take another 4 days for them to be shipped. Received and order significantly wrong. Contacted via email and was told these would be remade and sent out same day. Another 8 days goes by and heard nothing. Eventually get a reply and told I should have received yesterday - no tracking details provided. Arrived 2 days later, order now correct HOWEVER, Customer service is awful, never get replies from emails, no contact number to call. Incredibly disappointed and suggest that no one uses this company!!

Unfortunately the product was delivered completely broken. They have sent out a replacement with no issues.

The product came very late all though I payed for express shipping and the product had smears in side the plastic that couldn’t be cleaned and the printing was bad but the customer service was understanding and sent back a full re-fund on everything.

love their products, and amazing customer service. Theyre so friendly and understanding, I had made a couple mistakes in my order and they were happy to amend them after the order. Love the diamond dust.

My 3rd time ordering from printing bee and they never disappoint. Beautiful result and product. Always use them for my diamond dust canvases and delivery is always super quick. Customer service is always very helpful and respond right away. Can't wait for next order!

Product I ordered was incorrect, emailed for a refund which should take 48 hours and not heard anything for just under a week. Not impressed

Ordered a set of blank canvases so no personalised printing involved
Shipping was 4-6 days
It has now been 10 days with no delivery and no notification it is even on its way
Have emailed them 3 times for an update and no response so far which i find really poor... and at this rate if I ever get the canvases it will be too late for what I need them for
I will not be using this company again

Order arrived within a week of placing the order. Order wasn’t quite what I had ordered so emailed them to advise. A week went by and didn’t hear anything so I managed to get ahold of someone via the online chat. They appeared to be helpful and advised I could return the item (at my expense) and get the “correct” one or keep original and get a 40% code off my next order.
So I thought I’d give them another shot as their canvas are well made so opted for the code. Advised I would be sent the code via email to which another week gone by and nothing. Still no reply to my emails.
Moving on from this but won’t be recommending or using again which is a shame as you just can’t get hold of anyone if there is a problem.
Overall product good (even if it has a mistake), customer service is shocking and disappointing.

Great product, fast delivery and good price, my picture didn't upload when I ordered so they messaged me to send the picture I wanted, was friendly and polite will be definitely getting another one. I got the diamond affect picture. Fantastic all round. Thanks again

The canvas was amazing, such a great photo and the finish was brilliant!
My daughter was so pleased with it. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was it did not arrive on time, even though extra postage was paid to get it in time for a birthday but this may not have been due to Printing Bee, more likely the courier.
