Ryan gave great customer service and was very professional.

Everything was great except the delivery. The instructions were to sign for it, but the delivery driver left my precious metals at the front door while I was out of town. This caused some stressors, however Richard calmed my fears of porch pirates stealing my package. He assured me my metals were insured.

I had been thinking about metals for a long time (decades) and had been following several sources. I appreciated the detailed instructions which were emailed to me (and extra instructions told to me over the phone) about how to make a purchase. Also I was able to call my Priority Gold contact immediately from the bank for other information the bank required for the purchase. My contact at Priority Gold calls me periodically with updates and to keep in touch. I did not like the first person I talked to (sounded too condescending, speaking too slowly and deliberately as if I did not understand what he was saying; made me feel I was wasting time being so long on the phone), and I was then assigned another person (who was also slow sometimes, but would pick up the pace at times). Personality should not be a factor, but it did matter in this case.

The entire process was handled by them andcthey walked us through it without a hitch. We hadcbeen wanting to make the move for some time but as always feared the process. If we had known how easy they would make it we would have done it a long time ago.

I started working with Priority Gold back in April 2025 and both Kevin and Yolanda were so patient and worked diligently through my Ira transfer with was a 7 month process. I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic, knowledge and professionalism.

I’m more of a collector rather than someone buying in bulk, and Priority Gold didn’t disappoint. They offered coins that were beautifully struck and came with proper documentation. The rep even gave me storage tips to preserve condition. It showed me they understood collectors have different needs than bulk metals buyers.
