Very bad service.. all reviews are fake

I have just gone through my second review of my life insurance and Jeff just puts everything at ease. He personally was a key reason to continue with the service.

Jeff proactively contacted me after a couple of years and managed to improve the terms I have and with the professionalism and reassurance in an area that, no doubt, can be stressful due to a minefield of information. Jeff has an ability to strip out any ambiguity and put the customer at ease.

Dealt with Jeff a couple of times now and always easy to deal with, good communication and nothing is ever too much for him. Only ever used him for life insurance but in the future I will consider him and the company for other financial services.
