I have just received a garment I ordered from this website, an ex school teacher claiming to have owned a clothing store for the last 8 years on the Sunshine Coast at Coolum Beach, who has decided to retire! The dreadful piece of clothing I have received is disgusting! She claims that it used to be $340, but had been marked down to $84.95 on a closing down sale.... This garment is not even worth 85 cents! ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS ONLINE WEBSITE! (I only selected x1 star as I was unable to post this review without any stars!)

I called just justaskmeuk as I was unwell in London from Sydney. The out cost me $154.19 to be told to go to a hospital to discuss my health??? I believe that is a terrible amount, three seperate amounts were withdrawn. When I directly contacted them I was asked to join a membership?

First window air conditioner that doesn't fill up with water to where the fan ends up blowing water inside the home Midea is the brand very happy with my purchase I live in Florida so it works well under high humidity conditions cools my room which isn't super large but isn't the size of a bathroom I'm very happy with this product I've had this unit for about 3 to 4 months now

The mobile game app Smash Fest allows scammers to place ads on their site and when I sent them a message they don’t even bother to respond. For everyone out there, so you don’t get caught. This is the message I sent Smash Fest Support below.

I must say I can’t believe you allow a scammer to rip off your guests playing your app game. I now know they are a known as non-deliver company as they caught me. If their ad reappears on your site, I will delete your game and tell others I’ll also be lodging it on Trust Pilot website that you support a low life scammer. How embarrassing!!

Ponzalkoon is flagged as a fraudulent non-delivery scam that advertises cheap bulk clothing (such as discounted Dickies t-shirts) on mobile game apps. Consumer reports on the Better Business Bureau Scam Tracker and analysis from Scamadviser show that the site takes payments, sends fake tracking info, and never delivers items. [1, 2, 3]

Bitsgap Accelerator:
I purchased a subscription of Bitsgap Accelerator and feeI I'm NOT getting what was promised. I communicated my issues with the owner and have subsequently been cut off and ghosted, but no refund as yet. If anyone knows how to contact the owner please let me know.

ZERO STARS — EXTREMELY SERIOUS CONCERNS REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION

I would have given this company zero stars if that option were available.

I purchased an air purifier as a gift and experienced an unreasonably long delay before the order was finally shown as being on its way. After waiting several additional days, I contacted the company and was informed that the item had supposedly been delivered.

The item was not received.

I immediately contacted the company to resolve the matter. I was then offered a replacement, but I was told that I needed to withdraw my PayPal dispute before the replacement would be sent.

I relied on that representation and withdrew my PayPal complaint in good faith.

However, after I withdrew the dispute, no replacement was sent, no refund was provided, and the matter was effectively left unresolved.

This is extremely concerning. I surrendered an important avenue of payment protection because the company represented that it would remedy the situation, yet the promised remedy was not provided.

I consider this conduct highly misleading and unacceptable. At the very least, the circumstances raise serious questions about the company’s representations to customers and the way complaints and payment disputes are handled.

I have retained records of the transaction, communications and representations made to me and will consider referring the matter to the appropriate consumer protection and payment-dispute authorities for further investigation.

I strongly recommend that other consumers exercise extreme caution and ensure they do not withdraw any payment dispute or consumer complaint solely on the basis of a promise from this company unless the matter has actually been resolved.

I paid for a product. I did not receive the product, I did not receive the promised replacement, and I did not receive my money back.

That is simply unacceptable.

If you have ever had to deal with help support on ebay you will know how frustrating it is to have to deal with a machine with no brain. Their warranty to refund if a product is faulty is false. They will always side with the seller and that is why I have deleted the app and asked them to do the same with my account. You will regret it one day if you get an ebay account.

Worst courier that goes with his reputation and do absolutely nothing to correct it . 15 days for a parcel that never showed up . Back log is the excuse , always . Hunter express , close the business and go sell sandwiches ..

Quality extensions and customer service is exceptional as I had an item that couldn’t be shipped that I’d paid for. They offered a refund or credits towards other product with an additional discount on top. Highly recommend.

I bought a cushion from Josh and Tate and have incurred additional charges one month later. They apologised via email and then disputed my claim so I am now wasting my time going through the process again. Josh and Tate have this as their modus operandi. Save your credit card details and just keep charging! Do not buy from Josh and Tate

DPEX and Team Global couriers: This company fails to send updates and then lies about making a delivery attempt. I have proof that no courier from their company attempted a delivery this morning. Dishonest and incompetent. And I paid for Express. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

CarJet – Avoid if you expect a refund
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with CarJet.
When I made my booking, I was told that I could cancel the booking up until the time of collection. I relied on that information when making the booking.
I cancelled the booking before the collection time, exactly as I understood I was entitled to do. Despite this, CarJet has refused to refund my money.
If I had been told from the beginning that cancelling before collection could result in me losing my money, I would not have booked under those conditions.
I have tried to resolve the issue, but CarJet still will not provide the refund I believe I am entitled to based on what I was told when booking.
My advice to anyone considering CarJet is to carefully document the cancellation and refund conditions before paying. Based on my experience, I would not use CarJet again.
CarJet: I am still asking you to honour the cancellation conditions I was given and refund my money.

I brought a Samsung charger based on a representative's advice. It was the wrong charger and I tried to return it. I was on the phone for 21 minutes and finally told that I could not return it because I had opened the package. How could I tell it was unsuitable if I didn't look at it. This is totally unacceptable. By law you should be able to return a product that is not fit for purpose.

The beautiful ocean projector going all over face book etc, saying it helps you sleep etc is nothing but a hoax all you get is a stand still cartoon picture of an Octopus!! The Ggbeaty and they won't give me a refund even though it is completely false advertising!
