Very dissatisfied with the Pro-Form CBC exercise bike. For £700.00 we didn’t expect a professional (gym) quality machine, but we did expect something that was fit for purpose. The longest we have been able to use the machine before it locks up is 15 minutes then it’s take batteries out, hold one button down on the display for 20 seconds and replace batteries. On a good day this reset will work for a few minutes, on another day you have to leave the batteries out for at least an hour. I so wish we had spent more on a better product. Customer service was happy to speak via a chatbot but wanted me to give my credit card details for any info.

I purchased the ProForm Pro 9000 around 10 months ago, and I’m already seeing rust forming on the machine. For a treadmill at this price point, this is incredibly disappointing. I followed all cleaning and maintenance instructions exactly as outlined in the manual, so I expected the materials to withstand normal use, including exposure to moisture and sweat.

Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been equally frustrating. Instead of receiving meaningful help or solutions, I was met with dismissive responses and assumptions that the issue was due to poor cleaning, wear and tear, or moisture — none of which should be expected on a product less than a year old. No practical resolution has been offered.

The running machine is awesome and the sales process simple and effective. However, prior to buying the machine I telephoned the sales team to enquire about the requirement for an internet connection. I made it very clear during the call that the machine was to be located in an outbuilding or my garage. The sales rep failed, during the call, to tell me that the warranty would be compromised if the machine wasn't located in the house. I only found that out after building the machine, in the literature provided with it.

Purchased a Proform C22 from them. It only lasted 3 years due to a software update, customer service couldn't care less that the bike shut down immediately after the update. Even though they had been found liable in the US and it was proven the software was the cause of the bike not working, the UK didn't want to know.
After complaining for approx 3 months, they gave me the contact details for someone who could carry out the repair but he said I might as well buy a new bike as the software update required a new screen. Expensive bikes to replace every 3 years in my opinion. All they need to to is update the software and you need a new one.

I have a ProForm Sport CX bike. It had barely been over a month since the purchase when a rattling noise started coming from the belt housing unit when pedalling. I have twice initiated a conversation with iFit customer service, supplied video evidence of the issue, answered follow-up questions (which now feels like an attempt at stalling). This has gone on for nearly a month now. My response requests are being ignored. I have yet hear from them whether the product I received was damaged in the first place or that this is the quality I can expect from the ProForm range. Either way, not happy, wouldn't recommend.

I recently purchased a ProForm Fitness product and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The treadmill has proven to be a great addition to my fitness routine—especially for cardiac rehab and motivation to run in any weather. Competitive pricing and easy self-installation are definite highlights. Some design aspects could improve, but communication was solid. Four stars!

Buying from Proform Fitness was very good and customer service was very responsive to my questions.
The cross-trainer is excellent and very high quality, plus simple enough for me (alone) to put together.
My only small issue is that the monthly subscription is quite high, but I'm not using it and the cross-trainer works very well without it. I may have subscribed if there was a cheaper option though.
All in all, I'm very happy.

Very happy with my new treadmill. I had to replace my original Proform treadmill due to neglect on my part. I failed to oil the board/belt. It’s well built and will last a while as long as you look after it. Plenty of YouTube videos on how to oil the treadmill. Just make sure you do it otherwise it will wear prematurely.
I’m really enjoying the iFIT subscription. I didn’t bother with it on my first treadmill but I’m really happy that I’ve finally subscribed. It’s only £14 a month and makes running far more interesting. So many different options on there for you to chose from whether you are a beginner or slightly more advanced runner.

Great service and fast delivery. Treadmill is so sturdy and just like what you get in a gym. Was fairly straight forward putting together. Easy to use with or without the ifit app.

Absolutely completely useless support. Basically there is none. I never even got a reply from any of my enquiiries regarding my TDF 2.0 bike. I'll be selling it and buying Nordic Track instead. At this price point I expected excellent support. Wont be making the same mistake with any of their products again.
If you look at any of their reviews. The only ones which are 4 star or above are relating to delivery and the product itself. None of the support and after care service reviews are good. Absolutely none of them.

Bought a Proform Stepper from John Lewis - shocked by the very poor customer service both my John Lewis who sold me the machine with a 2 year guarantee - but when I needed help pointed me to Proform. Shabby and disappointing customer service from John Lewis.
But even worse from Proform - no help offered - just pointed out the small print that means they have no liability.
Guarantee from John Lewis and Proform worth less the the paper written on.

I am absolutely dumbfounded with the level of support I have received from proforma in the UK. I have a older proform exercise bike which was working perfectly fine until the machine told me to update it. As soon as this happened, the bike now is glitched and will not reboot. I contacted proform customer services in the UK to try to resolve the issue. To my amazement they told me that as the bike is an older model, they no longer offer software support, leaving me with a machine that no longer works because of proform's own update!! I am absolutely disgusted. Why would you even consider buying a new proform machine if this is the level of help you get! I will contact the complaints team in the US as the UK team are hopeless, to see if they can help.

Purchased a Proform CST 205 treadmill brand new in Oct 2022, used twice a week at the most for walking and short runs. The motor has now blown after just 2 years usage! Expensive mistake buying this and not worth the price.
