They gave me a 3 hour slot and they arrived at the beginning of that time slot. They put the furniture just where I needed it to be. Very polite and quick.
My only quibble was the messages were a bit confusing.

Chaotic service
The doors were booked to arrive on Saturday, they then without consultation changed the booking to the next Tuesday. I had rearranged 2 appointments in Exeter on Saturday so this caused me problems & I only found out they weren't arriving when I chased up the arrival slot which I hadn't had. The Tuesday booking was then moved to Wednesday with no explanation as to why. The seller who provided the doors had an original day to get them ready for only to find to receive an email that they wanted to change the pickup slot which he couldn't accommodate. Make of this what you will - I would not use this company again. The man and woman who delivered the doors were great, the only saving grace.
