The site was not user friendly. It stated it was free but it cost $1.00, I may have paid twice. I was trying to secure paperwork for 22-23, for taxes. I was unable to secure the information I wanted. The web sight held the name of another user. A person I knew, which was odd. I believe I needed more specific instructions.

I was able to access some comprehensive information about my property- value over time, purchase prices and sales with specific dates. Also options to get additional info if needed. Very reasonably priced.

Site was easy to navigate. Andy also followed up to make sure I had everything I needed from the report.

Scam, says report is $1 but they automatically enroll in a $30/ month subscription. Do not give them your credit card info!

I read the small print and did not provide my credit card info so I never got a report and I avoided the automatic enrollment. I have no way of knowing if the report is good or not. My complaint is that they are completely misleading in the advertising. If you read other reviews you will see that this happens with everyone and if you complain they then offer a refund.

There website is misleading. I thought I was going to the county website, but accidentally got on this website. They were to charge me $1 for a report. I should have realized at that point it wasn't legit, because you don't have to pay the county for these reports. I was never charged the $1, BUT I was charged $28.95 for an annual subscription. You don't realize you can't get the $1 report unless you sign up for the annual subscription unless you really pay attention. It doesn't show up until you ask for the $1 report and go to enter your payment information.

DO NOT give these people your information. They will say they are charging you a dollar and then start charging you $28.95 a month! They initially refunded me the $28.95 but then I noticed they charged me again in January, February and March. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to get them to stop.
They offer a full refund but they count on customers not noticing the charges. The reports they give are also not worth the dollar. You can get the same information on the county websites.

My experience with Property Records was nothing short of exceptional. The website provided comprehensive information about the property.

There was a charge on my credit card from "homereportedcom" which I did not recognize. I called the credit card company who indicated I could research the charge using by going to "homereprted.com" which I did. I provided an email address to Annie on their LiveChat platform and she looked it up. We had pulled a report for the initial $1.00 and came to find out that a box must have been checked to continue a monthly billing which we did not need. After Annie searched and found the information that led to the problem she reversed the erroneous charges. Truly outstanding customer service, the type we used to be able to depend on from legitimate companies, so my thanks to Annie for her customer service and professionalism.
