Just wanted to thank Charlotte Austin for her exceptional onboarding support during our launch of Prospect CRM. She is a great trainer, very attentive, clear and friendly. Always on hand when we needed her advice and patient with our needs. Most importantly, she was always smiling and friendly on all of our calls which made us better cope with all the uphill learning. Prospect is a great integration with Unleashed - but it does take time to work it all out. I have hade a great onboarding experience!
It would be good if it was easier to embed the lead forms into my website easier but I’m sure this can be explained. So far very happy!

The true test of a companies is how they deal with customer issues. I had some issues and had the wonderful experience of being assigned Matthew Ooi to deal with it. Its refreshing to get an understanding person that empathizes with your issues and truly wants it resolved. Staff are the culture of a company and Matthew truly represented the company very well. What an asset to the company.

Great customer Support from Afini. Super helpful and gives clear information.

The support is 5 stars, particularly from Codruta and Bogdan. The software is good but I would suggest really digging into your requirements and business needs before taking a leap of a new CRM, as it's likely you'll have to make sacrifices in some areas as well as getting wins in others.

Switching over to a new CRM platform was seamless and painless, thanks to ProspectSoft's expert guidance. Special thanks should go to our Onboarding consultant, Matilda, who explained very clearly how the database worked and how we could configure it to suit our specific requirements.

Excellent support. Their bot is intelligent and can answer most things. When I get stuck Kyran and the team are super responsive. I use a lot of saas and most support sucks. Prospects doesn't suck.

We have had a great experience with Charlotte learning the Prospect CRM system. She has been incredibly friendly, approachable, and always accessible throughout the onboarding process. Charlotte made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free by explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Michael Ooi has been super helpful with making our Prospect CRM journey a positive one. Although the software is too complex for our simple small start up organisation, we can see it has the power to handle medium to large businesses needing a full CRM package. The integration to Unleashed is also a very useful function.
