Prospectsoft are nothing but a bunch of scammers, their sales guy Tony did the demo promising the world, got their software team to confirm integration which they did but pointed out that there would be a once off and pretty high initial development cost which we paid and had to pay in full and not on completion which was the first red flag, then insisted on credit card details which would be billed only once the software was functional which to date it still isn't, then proceeded to sporadically charge my card random amount of money over several months (red flag number 2) which I couldn’t get reversed and then finally charged my credit card $981.50 for usage subscription this week! They have been trying to just get their automation manager to run for nearly 3 months, not even a byte of live data has been exported but they’ve charged us usage!

I have had to resort to cancelling my credit card because of Prospectsoft and I get no replies to my emails, be wary of this organization and do not give them credit card details or make any payments until you have a functioning solution which I might add is an unlikely outcome.

Absolutely worst business experience in my 20 years of running companies, Prospectsoft are a bunch of thugs.

Prospect support is great, and generally get to the bottom of any technical issues we have. I last spoke with Codruta, she was very patient and responded quickly to my support requests.

Have been using Prospect for just under 2 years. While it can be a bit overwhelming at the start, they have good customer support and great educational resources available. As we use the tool more across the company, the benefits are becoming increasingly apparent.

Recently I had a call with Codruta Bogdan and she was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that she reached out to check-in and was prompt to follow up with answers to my questions.

Generally very adept at solving issues if they arise, ProspectSoft listen to users and try to evolve the platform to be able to fulfil requirements. They've got some really good people on-board who go above and beyond to assist. A special mention to Abigail Whitwham who is always super helpful and lovely to work with, Kyran O'Neill who is great in support and Tim Bebbington - the OG genius who solves every problem I've ever thrown at him.
We've been using the platform for around 4 years and have no plans to change any time soon.

Matilda Gardner was a huge help with training on prospect. She was super knowledgeable about their platforms and had answers to everything.

Awful customer service, sales people are very efficient. Anything past that point very lacking.
Sales person made promises in initial calls that were not carried through.
Prospect CRM very lacking with gmail and xero integrations. The sales team promised a lot but actually very clunky and did not do what it should do.

I am new to Prospectsoft and the software is also new to our company. Adilah and Hamizah took care of our onboarding and did a great job, they are very professional and need to be commended for their great communication. As I am still getting to grips with the software I am not able to comment on all the features but so far it has been great. God bless you.

We had our onboarding done with Charlotte Austin, she was great! Very nice, patient and knowledgeable about the product she was showing. If there were questions outside of the onboarding, she was quick to respond with great detail and clarity. She did a great job at explaining the more complicated things in a clear and easy to learn way.

There is lots of little things that go on in Prospect and she did a great job explaining all of the features that come along with the software.

We decided to transition over to Prospect CRM as we wanted native integrations with our new ERP system and finance, alongside the ability to run marketing campaigns from our CRM. The support in preparation, during transition and then training was fantastic, our dedicated onboarding personnel Matilda Gardener was instrumental in guiding us through quite a complex set up to suit our business needs. She was consistent, patient, attentive and calm in answering all of our many questions and going the extra mile when able to. As with any major company wide system change there are hurdles which don't present themselves until in the active transition stage. I think managing these expectations during the initial consultancy calls and those first few request for data which are then irrelevant if the integration doesn't take place for anything more than 2 weeks later could have been better managed for fast moving businesses. I had heard and read prior to moving to Prospect that their support team were the best and I can definitely confirm this. We paid the additional monthly support fee to have access to physical members of staff alongside the bot and online forum, whilst you may have to wait during busy times to speak to a person, once engaged they are excellent and the follow up bespoke resources created just for your set up are invaluable. Really impressive service support. The dashboards and interactive data sets are not at the level of sophistication available with other CRMs, this is a drawback I believe they are working on developing.

We are currently setting up Prospect CRM, and Charlotte Austin has been outstanding with all the training and answering the teams' questions during the onboarding process. The software is going to really help the brand, particularly with communicating effectively across various departments.

ProspectSoft has been a great addition to our business. The platform is easy to use and helps us manage customer relationships more efficiently. The onboarding process was smooth. Charlotte our onboarding consultant provided clear guidance, lots of patience in fitting to our schedule and was extremely helpful and supportive all along the way.
