Xander was great! Really knowledgeable and helped me iron out a few little quirks with the system that I hadn't been able to find a way round. Xander clearly has an excellent understanding of the CRM system and I hope very much he continues as our account manager.

Raul-Adrian was professional, patient and very responsive to the many questions we had. Matilda took the time to understand how our business actually operates, identified practical ways for us to improve our use of automation and workflows, and dealt with several issues immediately rather than simply pointing us towards generic support material. Her knowledge of the system, patience and ability to explain things clearly made the session genuinely valuable.

We had a really clear onboarding experience. Matilda led us through this and was very responsive and helpful all the way through. We had a quite a specific route to going live where we wanted to get live asap just utilising the elements within Prospect CRM that our old CRM had for speed and minimising distraction to the sales team. She worked with us and the whole customer journey has been great for us so far. Lots more to come as we explore and implement other features of Prospect CRM and support team have been very helpful already with our questions!

My lovely trainer Nurulhazira Rusdi, was fabulous! She went through everything so thoroughly and in detail. When I didn't quite understand something, she went through it again, step by step, explaining each stage until I understood.
