Bogdan was incredibly helpful setting up our Prospect CRM across two divisions of our company. Very thorough and clear instructions of how to get set up, and could answer any questions we had.

Switching to Prospect CRM has been a fantastic move for our business. We’ve been using Unleashed as our warehouse and invoicing platform for over 10 years, so moving to Prospect CRM also developed by The Access Group, made perfect sense for us.

The integration between Unleashed and Prospect CRM has been seamless and has made a huge difference to the efficiency of our sales team. Having everything connected so easily means our team can access the information they need faster, manage customer relationships more effectively, and spend more time focusing on sales.

Prospect is a perfect choice for anyone with Cin7 as it integrates easily. Product is very flexible and can be configured to suit your needs. Continuously improving the product and listening to their customers is also a big plus. When we needed help they are there. We needed help and Roxas stepped up, awesome service.

We have just finished our onboarding with Alexandra Posta. She was excellent from start to finish and explained everything really well and simply. She would then followup with a breakdown of what we had covered and come back really quickly with questions answered. The system is straightforward to use and not overly complicated and we are looking forward to using it fully.

I want to make a special shout out to the wonderful Hazira aka Zira. She was our trainer through our Onboarding Process and she excels at her job and beyond. Her energy is also so uplifting which set the tone even more comfortably as we navigated a complicated process. She took every question as bizarre or time-consuming as it may have been, and answered us always in a solutions-forward way. Kudos to this excellent hire!

Our Customer Success Manager, Matilda, was extremely helpful throughout the process. She communicated clearly, efficiently and kindly. She was more than happy to help wherever she could. Matilda made the whole transition smoother and it wouldn't have been so easy without her.

Our onboarding experience with Alex Posta was fabulous. Our formal sessions were great, and delivered at a level where both new team members and those who had been configuring the system benefitted from them. Outside of that, she went above and beyond to answer our questions, follow up on our support tickets, and make sure we understood how to best implement the system for our needs.

The on-board training was excellent, and Bogdan Spatar answered all of my questions and had in-depth knowledge of how Prospect works.

We had the pleasure of working with Hazira Rusdi as our guide to onboarding Prospect CRM.
She was very professional, and patient with us as we also had multiple changes to staff/users our end.
She went above and beyond in responding to our queries, often recording her answers for future reference.

The platform was trialled in March 2025 and initially performed well. However, from November 2025 onward, functionality and reliability declined significantly.

The introduction of an additional login layer, combined with the lack of a dedicated mobile app, has created consistent issues for field-based teams. These include failed uploads, loss of notes, login failures, and being logged out mid-visit. While these problems have been attributed to connectivity, this is difficult to justify given the use of Telstra services, which reportedly cover over 99.6% of the population in Australia.

Workarounds are now required to maintain basic functionality. Notes are drafted in external apps, photos are saved redundantly, and visit histories are regularly exported to ensure offline access. This level of double handling significantly reduces efficiency.

Due to ongoing stability and access issues, the platform is no longer fit for purpose for our team, requiring reliable mobile performance.

Prospective users should also note the requirement to provide at least 90 days’ notice prior to automatic 12-month contract renewal.

Customer support was responsive and attempted to assist, but was ultimately limited by the platform’s shortcomings.

'Adilah delivered outstanding service from start to finish. She was quick to answer our initial questions and consistently went above and beyond with thorough follow-ups after every call, including tackling complex queries and working through requests for functionality that isn't currently built into Prospect.
